Scam company
Scam company. Charges 34.95 every month when you buy the sentinal.
Hidden fees scam
I've been billed $34.95 twice without my permission. This company uses underhanded tactics to charge fees while not really providing any service. Read the reviews, people, and believe the negative ones. I wish I read them before I got scammed out of 70 bucks.
I just realized I have been billed…
I just realized I ha e been billed every month from this pla e and I had no idea. 34.95 from a credit card I just pay and never look at.
I just got charged for something I…
I just got charged for something I never signed up for. Did a search for the transaction on my card and its from this company.
Dispute it is... how do they keep getting away with doing this?
I have been scammed by this company
I have been scammed by this company. I ordered the sentinel card but does not subscribe to them. It charge my credit card for 34.5 USD and i am filing a dispute to my bank.
This is a scam, this company is a scam
Don’t listen to the bad reviews
Don’t listen to the bad reviews. They don’t know how to read what they signed up for… they shouldn’t have selected the 3 day trial if they were not going to cancel. I’ve been using the coin app for over a year and made soo much money with $XYO. This company works hard everyday to make XYO bigger and better!
I ordered the COIN card for $12.95
I ordered the COIN card for $12.95. but decided not to use it so never downloaded the app. And now I discover I have been charged multiple months for $34.95. (I didn't notice before because it is the same time other automatic payments are made). So I never set up an account and have no way to cancel my "subscription" because the website doesn't recognize my email. It's a ripoff! And it's theft. And I'm disputing the charges through my bank. Tomorrow I will also report it to the fraud division of our state attorney general.
I never signed up for this!

I downloaded cointiply and was playing it for several months.when I was through with it,I redeem my coin and after sometime to my greatest surprise,I discovered that my account has been suspended
Ordered the “free” sentinel and paid…
Ordered the “free” sentinel and paid $12.95 for shipping (postage was only 71 cents). I’m on the free basic plan, but a few days later I find a $34.95 charge to my account. My friend has the same issue. There is no number to contact and my emails have gone unanswered. Saw 3 complaints on BBB that the company ignored. Seems super shady. I would avoid doing business with this scam of a company.
Scam Company Avoid XY - The Persistent Company. I am also concerned that they have passed my details on to a bitcoin company who now keep telephoning and harassing me.
I ordered multiple products on the 5 september 2020, shipment delivery stopped on the 18 september 2020 and I have not received my products.
Worst service I've ever experienced…
Worst service I've ever experienced kept charging my account I emailed them multiple times and was told I had no subscription with them had to cancel my debit card to stop transactions
Meant for long term investment
I think anyone that bought shares in this company thinking they were going to make a quick fortune, was naive. Its a pre IPO purchase hopefully it gets bought out or they come up with something fantastic that rocks the world. Everything i have read is that they have a bright future.
Great Vision
I am completely independent of XY. To tell you the truth, I don’t remember how I stumbled upon their stock years ago. Regardless, I purchased stock in the company because I love their vision. The people complaining about the stock not changing in value obviously don’t know how Reg A+ stock works. It won’t change in value until the company IPOs. Same goes for the people complaining about having to sell the stock privately. They should’ve done their research before jumping into it. This is how it works.
For the people complaining about the recurring charges. Subscribing for the plus or pro is a completely different transaction than the free sentinel. So again, learn how to use a computer before you start clicking away.
If you don’t pay to upgrade, don’t expect to earn a lot of tokens. You’re not getting ripped off or scammed. It just takes tons of time and dedication. Everyone wants a free ride. They want money for doing nothing. I pay for plus (not pro) and it’s really, really easy to break even. Basically, you’re hoping that the value increases at this point. Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. But it’s just like any other investment. I believe in the vision, so I believe that the value of both the tokens I’m earning and the stock that I hold will appreciate.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting. I have investments in land and the stock market. These are just two more investments to diversify my portfolio. Read what the company is doing, see the bigger picture, and make a decision for yourself. I wasn’t going to write a review, but this company is taking a beating for no reason.
It’s funny isint it
It’s funny isint it? XY persistant company wants to help people from being scammed but when you
Go To the free sentinel website and go to buy a sentinel they secretly charge you 39.99 subscription for Pro, and they hope you don’t notice it so they can continue you to bill your credit card. The real fraud artists are the XY company for illegally charging people’s credit cards without permission. Little to
Say I am taking legal action against the company for fraud and theft.
Scam artists taking away hard earned…
Scam artists taking away hard earned money from innocent people thinking they are making a worthy investment. Only to find out you have to privately Sell your shares by scamming another person to thinking its a good investment
Basically money/investment is gone.
Stay away!!
They take weeks to reply to support
They take weeks to reply to support, and hide subscription fees without letting you know. Won't give you money back, claiming you did something wrong. Stay away!
Not as advertised and still didn't work.
I bought a tracker where the ad showed it being fixed to a car and then a bike. What arrived was restricted to Bluetooth range. And it refused to partner with my phone. Customer service among the worst I have ever encountered. And when I returned it they returned the cost but not the shipping.
I bought stock and a geomining kit
I got the stock last September and the geomining kit in December. The kit arrived with zero documentation. I emailed their customer support and was given links to three documents. It took awhile to wade through all the optimistic bragging but I finally found some instructions. I set up the system as directed.
After four months carrying sentinels around I've got nothing to show for it. I'm thinking I wasted my money on the kit. unless I get some information to the contrary I'm considering unplugging everything and tossing the kit on my growing pile of useless computer hardware (which I really should recycle!).
Today I checked on the stock price. No change from the price I paid. No surprise there.
I've been a computer engineer for over 40 years and written dozens of programming and user manuals. Most of XY's documents read like press releases. Very little useful information buried in a lot of boilerplate.
