I had purchased 5 pairs of underwear they are a total waste of discomfort and I am repeatedly asking for refund which seems to be a scam return policy their customer support number always redirects to a chat bot and mails have been totally ignored... no reply nothing... it's been more than 15 days and my money is not yet credited...
Xyxx is a total scam company which gives zero support for customer assistance,there is no one to talk about the issues... Scam...

Poor Quality & Return Policy is a Total Scam
I bought a few pairs of XYXX underwear after seeing a lot of ads claiming "premium comfort and quality." Honestly, it was a waste of money.
Within just a month, one pair tore near the waistband, and the stitching on another started unraveling. For something marketed as "luxury," the comfort was average at best, and the elastic started loosening after a few washes. There’s nothing premium about this product.
What’s worse — their return policy is a complete scam. They say they offer a 15-day return window, but when you actually try to return or raise a complaint, there's no proper support or response. Emails are ignored, and customer care just redirects or gives vague answers.
Save your money. There are far better and more reliable brands out there. XYXX is all marketing, zero value, and terrible after-sales support.

Be Cautious of the Reviews – Reward Scheme Misleading
I recently purchased a product from XYXX and noticed something odd about their review system. Inside the package, they included a reward card asking customers to scan a QR code and message them on WhatsApp. The catch? You’re asked to write a positive review and send a screenshot to them for a chance to win a reward.
At first glance, it sounds like a nice gesture—but it’s misleading. This approach pressures customers into giving 5-star reviews in hopes of winning something. Once you send the screenshot, they stop responding. No confirmation, no reply, and definitely no reward.
This trick seems purely designed to inflate their ratings and mislead new buyers. So, I advise others not to take the reviews too seriously—many of them might be influenced by this reward tactic.
