It feels almost surreal my experience…

It feels almost surreal my experience with them. I asked about some gravel rally coilover for my Suzuki Ignis, which they supposedly make, except that they don't tell you exactly for which model. During 2000-2006 there are the Ignis FH, MH, Sport, but they can't tell you what model the coilovers are for. They replied that I should place an order, and be responsible for making any adjustments if they don't fit. Furthermore, they can show me a drawing when I place an order, but it doesn't have any measurements.

Is it just me or this doesn't make any sense whatsoever? I wish I could write a review about the quality of their coilovers, I'm very keen to get them, but unfortunately I can't trust a car part manufacturer that asks you to blindly place a £1500+ order without giving me any assurance that it will fit my car.

Really great experience

Really great experience. I couldn't find many reviews about this company but trusted they were reputable. Ordered and paid using their online services, was quoted 2-3 weeks delivery, arrived in 15 days. Quality of my Coilovers is great! Instructions are well written and their catalogue is quite extensive. Price was even better. Will buy again.
