31 gallon planter never received
I ordered a 31 gallon planter in May 2020 for $78.99. I kept waiting for it. Finally I wrote to them in June to get the tracking. It was stalled somewhere in the world??? Then In August 2020, I finally received a planter 1/2 the size of what I ordered. And it was broken. I wrote to them. They offered me 1/2 of a refund and I was to mail the broken one back to them in CHINA! I said I would not accept their offer. So they sent me this email:

I waited for the refund for weeks. Never got it. So I contacted PAYPAL. After weeks of their investigation I was turned down by them BECAUSE THIS SELLER NOW TOLD PAYPAL THAT THEY SPITEFULLY WANTED THE “BROKEN INCORRECT PLANTER” MAILED BACK TO CHINA first, THEN they will release my $78.99, as per PAYPAL. I went to the Post Office and it would cost me $74.30 to mail back the planter! I didn’t do it, to net $4.69???? So my refund was DENIED via PAYPAL and I am out the $78.99USD and I have a broken garbage planter. NEVER AGAIN. Why are they allowed to transact business with the USA. They are a fraud!
This company should NOT be allowed to do fraudulent transactions with we American consumers.
