Bought some shoe boxes that were total rubbish. Tried to get a refund and they strung out the process through Pay Pal right up to the last day of the resolution period then after that all attempts to contact them were fruitless. The product was so bad, didn't work, cheap crap. Why are they still allowed to trade with 93% one star rating here. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from them

It`s a scam! Ordered the watches and got the completely different watches! Nothing with the shown photos! Really cheap garbage.

It's a scam. I ordered a 4-in-1 charger bank with 4 portable battery packs for my phone and what I received was one small battery pack and charging cable! It cost me $30. I plugged the battery pack into my phone port and the two pieces came apart and the adapter got stuck in my phone USB port!
I contacted the seller who answered me this:
Dear Customer, Thanks for your purchase on our store. Sorry for the trouble caused to you. Could you please tell us whether the item still can be used or not? According to our policy, all items must be returned to us at the customer\'s expense for a full refund to our Logistics Center address. it will cost more than 20 USD. We would like to refund 20% （6.14 USD） to you as a compensation and you do not need to return item to us which could save your time and money? So could you please tell us your decision? PS: Please do not worry,we will provide the return address if you insist on returning item. Ordered some sturdy shoe box’s and received rubbish which went straight in the bin

please please don’t order from this company. I ordered a pet gate it was so totally different then the picture. The one I received was a cheep piece of fabric. I did order thru PayPal and I am in the middle with this dispute. When you order their site says easy returns and it gives a US address. When you try to return they tell you you have to ship it back to China which is totally different from their site. Please please don’t order anything from this site. Nothing but Bogus

one star but actually to give minus a thousand, I WANT MY MONY BACK!!! there is no way you can get in touch with them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! you are saying that this review will be send to their email address, this email is not working!!

Total rubbish, don't waste your money

I ordered a wig off their FB ad. I received the wrong wig. They requested return. Return was going to cost over $30. They refused to reimburse for shipping and offered me a refund of $8.98 for my "convenience" and I get to keep something I didn't order in the first place. I know 6 other people who have has similar experiences. I did some research on consumer contract law, and you are not obligated to return wrong or substitute item just to get original item ordered. If they demand return then they must reimburse for return shipping.

Really, really bad company
I order some hair straighteners for my daughter, a month later a courier turned up with a jiffy bag torn open which had a ripped open box inside which had cheap plastic broken straighteners inside, they were basically in bits. I didn't accept delivery, notified XZ Blue through Paypal demanding a refunded. A week later the same courier turned up with the exact same straighteners in the same packaging with the jiffy bag just tape up at the end. Again, I didn't accept delivery. I tried to go through the right channels with Paypal & the rip off outfit that is XZ Blue, the case was closed & I am
$42.97 out of pocket. I'm astounded how these people get away with what they are doing & Paypal seem to do nothing to protect their customers.

Bought three “shadow light of car” took a long time to arrive, but it appears to work good. Two had no instructions, but it is on website. You’d think they’d hire an English speaking person to review their inserts and publications.

Ordered and paid for a curling iron. Never received the product. Company wouldn't reply to my correspondence. Wrote to cancel the order then they said it was "in the post". Never received the product I ordered. This website is a complete scam!

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. I ordered a wig just for the heck of it and it's not even close to the one they pictured in the ad. No way to return and get a refund. Never again will I deal with these folks.

Got something totally different than what I ordered and totally cheap and useless. No way to contact them for refund.

Not what I ordered. They sent me a piece of crap I could have bought for .50 cents in any office supply store, not the elegant tool I saw on the internet.
