Ordered a wireless car charger with automatic clamping. They sent me a dollar store carphone holder with no charging capability and emailed me at first that the item was out of stock so this low quality substitute was sent in it's place. When I pushed, they emailed that I was sent what I ordered and that customers should read the description. The item DID NOT match the description.

Purchased an item got sent a much more inferior item, when i complained they stated "you should know what you are ordering not just look at the picture and description in the ad" and offered a $5 refund.
When I returned the item they sent an email saying needs to be returned to a different address and I would now not get refund.
Purposefully deceptive sham company.

I purchased a cell phone cradle/charger. Buy one get one free. Charged me for both. Emailed them while product being shipped from China. I was complaining about the charging me for both instead of bogo. Wait till you receive the item send pic of package label and product and will discuss from there. 6 weeks later item shows of course wrong items. Email numerous times they offering $5-$10 refund for $50 they charged me. Or pay shipping to return them for full refund. So made complaint through PayPal. They sided with the seller. Unbelievable. Use caution when ordering online.

To start, I'd give them -5 stars if I could.
If you purchase something from them, they will send you a completely different item. I purchased the
"Wireless Automatic Sensor Car Phone Holder and Charger". they sent a $.99 piece of plastic. It is so generic that they don't even have the item for sale. I sent 10 emails to try and return the item. Their "Customer Service" is none exciting. I got one response from a rep. named Britney who said they would work to make it right. Then never heard from them again. Even after 10 attempts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unless you just want to lose money.

A predatory company which sells low-grade products that don't work. Despite their complicated 'Return' policies, kiss your money good-bye. They should not be allowed to exploit customers who purchase in good faith. Do not believe their flashy video and pictorial advertisements, the items are really rubbish. I will never buy anything from them again and will spread this message as far as I can. A sad experience!

A predatory company built on false ads and games to avoid reviews. Bought from a Facebook ad through paypal. They didn't give a website address or valid information about themselves except through a gmail address with paypal and the name "Bei r Co.," on the invoice. The item was nothing like what they advertised in function, form, or quantity. It was advertised as "BoneTech" Bone conduction earphones, but what arrived was a single piece of "C" shaped plastic with a speaker in one end. You could set it down across the room and still hear it. It spontaneously shuts off after a few minutes, looked nothing like the pictures, and the "Champagne gold" was just flesh colored. The name of the website was included in the shipping envelope so I went there and they have all 5 star reviews, but if you try to leave a review there is no option to select stars and your review text never submits (they're fake). I reported them to paypal, but they don't seem to care. The most they would do is allow the seller to only issue a refund if I shipped the item back to them in China at a shipping cost 4x the amount the refund would be.

Great site. I had a problem with a store selling solar lights and they sent regular 110 volt led Flamelight BULBS. After talking to China for sending me the wrong product, I gave up talking Chinese! Contacted Paypal and they told me to return the incorrect item, but I would need to pay return shippng. The cheap light bulbs me cost $54.00 dollardand sell on ebay for $3.59 each and return shipping was $26.00. I said, Bullcrap!! They sent the wrong item. They seller of the incorrect item, should pay for return shipping. I contacted Pay pay by phone, talked to them, showed them this web site and the other people that had been screwed by this compant on the same thing i bought. . Paypal then agreed that the seller will pay return shipping. Paypal gave me a credit for paying for return shiping. And said they would get it back from this crooked seller. Thanks trust pilot, your web site did for me. Get in there other people and make this corupted company pay.

As others have stated on this site: "I so wish I'd read these reviews before falling for the glossy Instagram ad. Basically they sent the wrong product (on purpose I'm sure of it). I've repeatedly complained, asking that they send me what I paid for. They offered $5 and told me to keep the useless product they sent me, which is the lower quality cheap looking version of what I ordered. Interesting fact: I paid 2 x $20USD for what I ordered, the product they've sent me is worth 2 x $10. Three times now they've offered me that $5 refund. How is that acceptable??? Now telling me that if I want to return the goods I'd have to pay for the return shipping myself! I will be posting reviews in as many places as possible.

I so wish I'd read these reviews before falling for the glossy Facebook ad. Basically they sent the wrong product. I complained. They offered $5 and told me to keep the useless suit carrier they sent me. Unacceptable. Now offered $10 and told me that if I wanted to return the goods I'd have to pay! Unacceptable. I have once again demanded the return of every penny. Expect an offer of $15 hourly.

This outfit hides behind its location in the US knowing full well that no European has any practical comeback. I would STRONGLY advise that you have nothing to do with any American selling site as you are more likely to be fleeced than satisfied. Learn from me.

Got a back brace to help straighten my back and shoulders. The video was NOTHING like what I got. It's made of plastic and elastic that wouldn't even fit a child. Cheap everything. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!!

Bought an automatis cellphone holder from them 3 months ago. It is now broken and won't hold the phone. They charges me $47.94 usd and offered $8 usd refund. The reason was they did not make the product so not really there problem. Them told me I could only get a refund if I mailed it back. Cost of postage would be about the same as unit is worth. They have terrible customer service.

got some stupid flaming bulbs...totally not what ordered ./// will complain to paypal, but dont expect a refund..it wont happen....crooks and scam artists.

Rubbish. Ordered SOLAR torches recieved ELECTRIC light bulbs

I also ordered four solar torches and received four bulbs. Looks like we were all scammed. Yes FB should stop this company from any further advertising.

Purchased several sets of the logo hologram lights for your vehicle didn't receive 3 sets and the one's I did receive were broken emailed them and kept getting an automated response then asked me to send pictures, how can you send a picture of items not received or for an item that won't turn on.

I bought a magnetic tempered glass phone cover from these crooks.
A month later and after so many emails requesting my money back I kept getting replies of 15%,30% refund or express post delivery upgrade! Delivery of what? I never received anything!
Last time I buy anything advertised on Instagram.
Stay away from these crooks!

I bought back supporter from this XZ-blue as advertised on FB; it is a scam.

Bewared and it is FB responsibility to pull out such company from advertise fake product.

I ordered 4 of the Flaming Garden Candles for advert on FB and got 4 light bulbs! I have emailed every address I can find - all been returned - emailed the address to arrange returns and it got returned as well. I have Googled this company and the email address I received on my delivery email and it said SCAM - so I am $40 dollars out of pocket with 4 bulbs which are of no use to me at all.
Facebook needs to be aware of these SCAM sellers on their site!

Bought a disability item - a turning device to make access easier in cars or on a bed. Absolutely useless. From the reviews it seems a waste of time returning items. I'll save the postage and bin it.

This company shows little integrity. On first complaint they immediately offered a %age refund on the grounds that I dropped the complaint case with PayPal, so I did, then they did not make the refund.

My advice is don't trade with them.
