Changing host to Xzorbix
My previous hosting was transferred to Xzorbix, without anyone telling me! Not sure whose reponsibility this was - but by the time Xzorbix contacted me to let me know, my e-mails had ceased coming through. Despite attempts by both the previous host and Luke at Xzorbox, I have lost 3-5 days worth of e-mails, annoying, but not serious. Getting to the bottom of why I had no e-mails and sorting it all out took half of my Boxing Day - but Luke was on hand to help. I am a technophobe so this was anxiety provoking for me and took me way out of my comfort zone. It has now been dealt with, except for the fact that I keep getting a pop up box (for all activity on this account) saying the security certificate isn't validated, which is annoying. Apparently I need to delete and re-enter my account, which I can't face doing - so will put up with the box for now. Depsite the incovenience, Luke has been on hand and has dealt with my queries with patience and friendliness.
