Y2 Lending helped my buyers pull off a difficult closing that included several roadblocks throughout the process. As an agent, I’ve worked with numerous hard money/fix and flip lenders and Y2 Lending was by far the best to work with. Eugene and team were transparent from the start and proved to be excellent problem solvers no matter the curveballs thrown their way. I’d recommend for anyone looking for hard money loans.

Eugene was always helpful and courteous. He was easy to reach out to and he would always return my texts and emails in a very timely manner.
