V12 projector stopped working and the service team is non-existent… Beware of them… Do not buy anything from this company.

Terrible terrible terrible, had a delivery date prior to making payment on their site then they proceeded to continuously delay it without telling me. When I wrote them several time, they were very evasive, blamed Chinese new years, and made it seem like I should have known! Insultingly bad customer service, terrible follow up. I cancelled the order with a lot of difficulty, but eventually got the refund. Avoid at all cost, if they want to be a serious business there’s a minimum standard to adhere to.

I bought YABER PRO V8 projector a year ago to enjoy on a big size screen but unfortunately the picture gets very late after the sound.contacted the costumer support team for help and advice but nobody responded to my email.

Bought yaber pro v9 8 months ago, it was working well until a blue light showing on the screen and getting bigger and clear to see. Affecting the colors specially in dark scenes the blue colors shows very clear.

Try to contact customer service many times by email but no response, no customer service means no warranty claim.
All the sweet advertisement about the after sale service etc is a big fat lie.

Avoid them at all cost, waste of time and money.
I've had multiple projectors from them, about 5 different models, the first old one was brilliant, lasted ages, all the others rubbish, the v10 has a overheating problem, that they don't care about, they replaced one, and the replacement had the same problem, now they avoid.
Had a further look into them, and any bad review online, they try to get removed so others fall for the same trap.

Bought a projector off Amazon December 21, Yaber V7, that developed a fault with the sound.
Contacted custom services asking if there was a user fix or cost effective repair available.
Quick replies ending with they provided a new unit within a few days.
Unbelievable service.

Customer service non existent. It's clearly just a scam as long as you bought projector, paid and that is the end. I sent multiple emails about a missing lens cover and no response. Also the manual mention to email for free screen, also no response to that either. Don't buy from them because you'll meet with silence. Problem if warranty needs to be claimed, if they cannot assist with simple missing lens cover. Also the manual doesn't say what the lens size is so I could buy a generic one elsewhere.

Projector started having distorted lines after just a few uses. Contacted customer service and they responded very quickly asking for order number and pictures. Sent that straight away abd now heard nothing fir 3 weeks despite chasing twice a week.

Useless product and a useless customer service!! AVOID

Projector is not working, cannot update, buttons broken. Contacted Yabertech 'customer services' multiple times with no response. AVOID.
