UNACCEPTABLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I bought one Iphone more than 1 year ago. The phone never worked from the beginning. I contacted the Customer Service, but even there the bad service didn't give me a reply. I brought the item in a Ufficial Apple Store and i discovered, with surprise, that the components were faulty and not original. I'm waiting a reply to replace the Iphone and to have a service as a Customer. I would like to speak with a Customer Service Manager to discuss of this bad situation created.

In one word - Con

Ordered a phone late November and within 4 months was rendered completely unusable. Taking the phone to a specialist they notified me that the phone had the incorrect types of screws in place and screws were missing, therefore was ultimately going to break.

Having contacted the company via their website multiple times to try enquire about the 12 month warranty and notify them of this issue, received no response. E-mailing their displayed customer services e-mail address directly yields a delivery failure notification.

Therefore cannot stress enough for people to not use this company.

Paid $470 for a iPhone 6s that I never received. Emailed a number of times and never received an answer. What a pack of arses, l am so angry 😠😤😡 Never Never Never order a phone from them.

I bought from yab phone

I bought from yab phone
My iphone after only 1 month was broken, cant turn on it. Battery is dead, i spent more than 2 months with the useless assistance that asking me video, photos and continue to asking me same stuff for nothing, they dont want to give me back money or another phone, very bad service, dont trust in this company , its just s--, they sell broken phones for a cheap price. I spent 288 euro of phone and apple asking me 200 for fix it, a waste of time and money. stay away!!

I bought 2 iPhones & both failed

I bought 2 iPhone's.

They were delivered quickly & well packed.

Soon after screen issues (screen unresponsive to touch) meant that that phone is no longer used.

Soon after the second phone I bought also had screen response issues.

Not good.
I expect I need to pack & ship back overseas. Too hard.
I do not recommend buying from them.

Faulty phone and no help from Yab

I bought a phone and when I contacted you to say there was a problem I got an email to say my query was being reviewed and still haven’t had a response. Tried calling to talk to a human and was on hold for 20 mins with me supposedly being number 1 in the que. it’s under warranty so just honour that. Won’t use you again.

We bought 2 iPhone 5s and the location …

We bought 2 iPhone 5s and the location function of both is faulty meaning neither google maps or imaps work. I tried to return them and was given instructions to take video of the phone not working (not the easiest thing to do when you are busy and rely on your phone daily). We then tried to complete the online returns form but this would not allow us to upload videos!!! In the end we gave up and are putting up with faulty phones. I would not purchase from YAB again.
