Using social media and reviews to try to gloss over the evidenced poor commentary by disappointed Customers is a very well known deflective tactic by far too many companies, that doesn't wash with consumers.
Otherwise, taking ELEVEN MONTHS to actually respond to my review serves very well to prove the points made about how this company operates and the complete lack of respect for its Customers!
Delivery takes far too long... Yachew lets you place your order and takes your money and then makes you wait while they order in the item you've paid for. I ordered on a MONDAY - the item was NOT EVEN DESPATCHED UNTIL TUESDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. The reason given when queried was that they were "waiting for their supplier"... so basically Yachew are just a middle man making profit while offsetting any risk or overhead of inventory holding by passing lengthy delay onto Customers, but charging the same price as other retailers than supply next day. Adding insult to injury, they don't mitigate even slightly by delivering next day for goods they take a long time to get in after they've taken your money. There is no place in the modern online economy for this model...stating in T&C that delivery can taken between 4-6 business days is not a get out of jail free card that's viable without discounting the price - which they do not - and they did not even achieve it anyway as it took 8 business days.
There is no additional value or incentive to use this company... I won't be using Yachew again.

Good service from Yachew i.e.timely dispatch etc but your choice of carrier being the Royal Mail leaves a lot to be desired. From the outset I instructed Royal Mail to deliver to my local post office for collection but 3 days running they tried to deliver to my home address. Hands down the worst parcel delivery company.

I've ordered a toy for my kid, when the parcel arrived to Europe, I received an email from the post service that I need to fill in some tax form cause the parcel came from UK. There is a IOSS number i asked from yachew, the number they provided was invalid, so I paid vat once again, even more that was indicated in my invoice. I don't recommend to buy from this store if you live out of UK so you'll pay double vat tax. Customer service replies next day.

Awesome Customer Service
I received a large fragile item that had been damaged in transit. I contacted Yachew via email and after a weekend they replied and gave me the option of a replacement or refund. As I needed the item within 72 hours and they couldn't deliver a replacement to me within that timescale, I opted for a refund. They then apologised and said keep the damaged item without the hassle of returning it, which was a really nice gesture on their part and I received an email confirming that my refund had been actioned instantly. So although I still have to find a present for someone QUICKLY, I cannot fault their customer service, hence the 5 stars 👍🏼

Misleading, ripoff site!
On the site it says free shipping 27,99 and up. But I had to pay DOUBLE shipping fees. When I made a complaint about that, they send me a mail saying it was a one time thing I got my money back, because it would no longer be free... So the site is misleading. When they did send my order, a part was missing. But it was still for sale on the site, only they upped the price with 8 euro and I got told it was no longer for sale. So I will never buy here again and recommend others the same. Total ripoff!

Phantom items for sale
I twice bought a pressure washer from this company on eBay and both times I was told by Yachew Ltd "the courier lost the item" In the description Yachew threatens "if neutral or negative feedback back is left then retaliatory negative feedback wiĺl be left for the buyer. Due to eBay rules they have to give the money back which then allows them to get any negative feedback removed, so manipulating their feedback to look better than what it is. Yachew Ltd say they don't don't use tracking on delivery, but that would mean they wouln't be able to make an insurance claim. So I have deduced that these are phantom sales and the product doesn't exist, but it allows the company to manipulate feedback without actually selling or costing the company anything. There prices are really cheap because the items don't exist, but if you really want an item, then buy from from another seller.
