n today's world, surrounded by chatbots and automated responses, I was genuinely impressed by the speed and quality of communication with Ivan during the charter booking process. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly, which immediately gave me confidence in the whole process.
What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was – from the first contact to the booking confirmation, everything went seamlessly and without any confusion. You can tell there's a team behind it that knows what they're doing and truly cares about their clients.
It also meant a lot to me that I never felt like "just another number" – someone was actively following my case and helping me make the right decision. That's rare these days.

Aside from the great offer, what I loved the most was the customer service. Spoke with Ivan a few times, and he was super nice and chill every time. The site is clean, informative, pricing on par with other charter sites (we even got a slightly better deal than we would have using Boataround or Zizoo), and made it easy to book our first choice boat. We recently booked a charter sailing trip around the Croatian islands through this app, and the experience was outstanding. The app was user-friendly, making it easy to choose and book the perfect sail boat. The itinerary took us to beautiful spots like Hvar, Korčula, and Vis, each offering breathtaking scenery and so much more
