I have noticed that this company appears to be using photos and rendered images without proper authorization. The materials are not fully transparent, and when I tried contacting them by email to request removal and ask how these images were sourced, I received no response.
It raises serious concerns about how the company collects and uses such materials, as it seems unlikely they could obtain them without some form of cooperation from industry individuals or companies. The lack of transparency and refusal to engage with legitimate inquiries is worrying.
In my opinion, authorities should look into this company’s practices, as they may be causing real harm to the industry and professionals who rely on their work being respected

Absolutely fine not to be offered a job, but to completely ignore a candidate after interviewing is rude and inconsiderate.

To my surprise I found my personal yacht listed on their website including a lot of our private photos which they had “lifted” from other websites. They never had any contact to me.

When I wrote my complain to them, I received a naughty answer requesting me to document my ownership of my photos and questioning my relationship to my own boat.

I would be very cautious if dealing with people showing such behaviour.

Edit after the company have contacted me in an attempt to get my comment deleted:

I think you are totally out of line. My boat has never been chartered - nor has it ever been offered for charter. I have never had contact to your company in any way. Your company have lifted our private pictures from the internet published them and pictures of our boat without any contact to us. You have offered out boat for charter - without any agreement with us, even without any contact to us. You have made us look like the kind of miserable people who would consider chartering their personal boat.
As you are aware a boat that has been chartered has a significant lower value than a private boat on the market when eventually offered for sale. That way you might have caused financial damage to me.
I do not want to press charges at this point but reserve that possibility.
