Do not meet given deadlines
I applied for a radio license, MMSI and EPIRB on 03/15/2023, invoice received proving my words, to date Thursday 05/11/2023 I still haven't received anything. On the 26th I boarded my boat without having received anything although it had been 1 month and 11 days since I had made my request and that on the site they claim that it takes 1 month to have the said documents; I therefore crossed the whole Mediterranean without radio or MMSI or EPIRB, I strongly advise against this organization as far as communications are concerned.

Dear mister Lieven, we fully agree with you that all takes longer than initially communicated. But as you know Ingrid has explained to you more than once (5 times to be specific) that in the mean time, while we had made your radio license request with the Polish authorities, they have changed their laws and regulations. They now demand that the POA (Power of Attorney) needs to be received in original and not any more as a scanned digital copy. As you understand this causes a delay which was unexpected for you as well as it was for us. The only thing we can do is to do what the authorities demand as the alternative will be that they will not issue the radio license. Again, we understand your dissapointment, but this 1 star should go to the Polish authorities and not to us as we have always processed your requests and emails the same day!

We are not going (again) spend much energy in this Review. In short, the client provided with a falsificated passport which was declined by the authorities. We informed the client about this and he blaimed us. Now he is posting 1 stars and false reviews on a regular basis. Better ignore them.

Especially the time it takes the Dutch Cadastre to get the inspection done is dramatic. I hope you understand that we do not have any influence on this whatsoever. scam and menace
Our company had a conversation with the director the Mr. jeroen famours hacker and scammer. and He said I am in Holland (wrong they are in caribe), always answering after 2pm.
But let's talk about experience and work.
This guys ask for the payment by advance and they will incorporate the company and register a boat.
one week after he call the customer in order to work with him directly. and the things is not staying here.
He want us to give him a good star review from my side and client side in order to give the money back.
Dreaming is good and free :D

This is the same client as the previous 1 star review. In short he provided us with a "modified" passport. When the UK authorities found out this scam they refused the incorporation of his UK Limited company which is totally correct. Since then the client decided to turn facts around by saying we scammed him and is creating 1 star reviews as a way of damaging our excellent reputation. We do not know this person in real life but for sure it is not the type of client you wish for yourself or others. Creating a scam and when you are busted blaiming others! And we did not request you for a good review. We demanded from you to remove your fake review of yesterday in which you name us scammers, hackers and several other nice things in order to damage our reputation on purpose.
The company involved is Mundo Offshore (www.mundo-offshore.com) of mister Marwane Hrika. Be careful when doing business with these guys! This is also the company and person who created this 1 star review.
