Dear Nikolay, on the 14th of August 2023 we have received your order for a Polish radio license, on the 7th of November we finally had received all documents we needed from you to make a succesfull request. Poland takes himself 1 - 2 months to process the requests. As Poland is a very bureaucratic country it takes easily longer. In this case it took 2 months as we also had the Christmas holidays in between it. On the 12th of January 2024 you have received the Polish radio license. It is my personal opinion that we have always provided you with fast and accurate service and it is not us to blaim all took a long time to complete.
DId a really good job....
In this complicated world of bureaucracy, BlueWater really helped me in a timely matter to get the appropriate registrations taken care of. Really appreciate what they have done.....very responsive when I have questions or requested followups. Good company to work with.......
