I had a great experience
I had a great experience cruising with this company , I had the choice to chose from multiple boats and yachts options, the team was very efficient welcoming , the yacht was super clean and smelled good. The captain is also very good at taking pictures ! Thank you

Would recommend
We had a great time on the yacht, speaker to play music was provided and the food was okay. The captain and his team catered for all our needs. The communication with the sales team was also quick and efficient. Yacht was clean.

We had an amazing and relaxing yachting experience
Very prompt and responsive during booking over WhatsApp.
The Yacht was very nice and we had a lovely experience. The captain and crew were friendly.
We didn’t opt for food option. Unlimited water and soft drinks were meant to be included, however no soft drinks were included.
A few small improvements, like ice bucket with cans/ water, availability of snacks, light bites (we took our own). Given it’s a luxury yacht, a few more touches to make the experience feel more luxurious.

Fantastic Service, would recommend!!
The whole experience I had with Golds Yachts was great, booking was very easy, responses to questions were fairly quick, and the actual cruise itself was faultless. The captain and crew could not have done anymore. I proposed on the cruise and they made it as perfect as it could have possibly been. Would definitely book with Golds again and would also recommend to anyone!

Amazing Experience
I booked a cruise for my mother’s 50th birthday And it was absolutely amazing. The staff was so sweet, attentive, and professional. The food was the best food we had during our entire vacation in Dubai. My mother LOVED the entire experience. Great job!

These guys are not ethical
These guys are not ethical. They ask for photographs of your credit card. This is in total breach of any ethical card management policy. Avoid. Company think from their response i am in some may misunderstood. No, this is still not an ethical card processing policy. Other organizations the world over don't expose their clients to this instead they use double secure or have a card processor with fraud preventions capabilities.

We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our clients share with us.
one of our method of payments is (Link Payment) and you can pay using your credit/debit card. And for security reasons that you are using your own card, not some virtual card, we need the client to send a selfie of the card with his face, hiding the card numbers with his fingers and showing only the last 4 digits.

Good evening, my experience with gold yachts was amazing, starting from the great customer service from Mohammed who kept everyone running smooth and followed up with all my requests. The yacht was phenomenal and perfect for the occasion I was looking for, spacious, large and room for all sorts of activities. The captain and the staff team on board were also very hostile and helpful towards us, they made sure everything was in place for us and and amended all of our requests. And for that we had a memorable night !
