I was trying to pay for parking at RingGo. Their website came up when I googled RingGo. I gave them my card number but they didn’t ask for the reg No so I got worried straight away. I text the bank but Cox my Credit Card immediately. They do not respond to emails and the cancel subscription on the website does not work. BIG SCAMMERS. I was in a rush and took a risk. They haven’t got any money but they tried.

Very dodgy company who claim to have sent you emails for subscription set ups but do not, they take £3 for a 3 day trial then £9.99 a day later, but when you ask them to take you off the list they claim you were over the three days although I emailed to cancel the next day from when I started the trial....stay clear as they we will not refund you any money

This is a company of scammers avoid at all costs. On 15/3 I was invited to take part in an online lucky dip competition. I apparently won an iPhone. I was asked to pay £1 towards postage, which I did using my debit card. What I didn’t realise was that I had unwittingly signed up for a 3 day trial. (They are a games, film and music streaming service) on 16/3 and 30/3 payments of £17.99 and on 13/4 £18.99 was taken from my bank account. I contacted the company by online message and they were completely unsympathetic to my situation. Eventually they agreed to cancel my subscription and refund only £18.99. My bank has been unable to get the rest back.
