I’m a fish broker who planned a Sushi…

I’m a fish broker who planned a Sushi party but the weather was uncooperative and local supply of fresh tuna was unavailable. I knew Yama was a great company, having done business with them for three decades. I ordered Maine Uni, Spanish Toro, Ora King Salmon and a piece of Bluefin that looked like it was from a nice Jumbo my company sold them that week. Everything was superb freshness and quality! I strongly recommend this source for Sushi quality seafood

The Santa Barbara Uni is fabulous

The Santa Barbara Uni is creamy, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious. Package arrived overnight in perfect condition. Haven’t yet tried the chu-toro or salmon so can’t opine on them yet.
After having the chu-toro and salmon. Both great. Prefer the chu-toro - melts in your mouth!

Great quality fish

Great quality fish, and even called me to confirm an address I had mixed up when placing the order! Clearly puts care into each order and the attention to detail and quality of the fish I ordered was great.
