YAMM does what it says it does!
I just needed help resolving a small subsciption issue and got pretty much immediate help from their customer service.

I needed a refund because one of our team members left. They were very responsive!

I have been designated by high school classmates to send out mass emails for our class reunions. Mind you, we graduated decades ago. I initially set up YAMM with my personal email but quickly realized this was not the right way to go. I needed to send the mass reunion emails out from out the reunion email account. I put in a request to YAMM to please transfer my YAMM subscription over to the class reunion account. YAMM responded quickly and fixed it for me.

This plugin is very useful and also allows tracking of whether recipients have opened the email. However, one area for improvement could be that test emails sent to oneself also count toward the quota. Perhaps a feature could be developed to preview the email content without using up the sending limit. Also, if the free quota can slightly rase to 30, it would be really helpful.

Been using Yamm for a very long time. Fantastic product. Last year, I used it briefly for a client...I have since stopped working with said Client. I reached out to YAMM as I couldnt remember why the charge occured. They answered incredibly timely (within an hour) and didn't push back at all on my request for a refund. Great tool and great CS.

I was not able to find what I needed through search and even though I am currently in demo mode YAMM answered my questions within a day even though it is a weekend.

For the sake of clarity, I have only just started to use YAMM. However, having tried several mailing services over the last 3 years, I had all but given up on mail campaigns. I don't send huge quantities of bulk emails, usually no more than two per week, each with less than 100 addresses. You'd have thought most systems would handle this adequately, but they don't. They are filled with complexities, challenging to use mail formatting tools, people end up unsubscribed, and I have no way to resubscribe them, just painful complexity. Then I found YAMM. I created a spreadsheet in minutes, formatted an email using Google Layout and sent it to 90 addresses easily and quickly. I now have clear reporting of who is opening and clicking. It's such a great application and at $60 per year.... Wow! Great work YAMM
