Revamp

Unfortunately, they entire team needs to be revamped, along with coaches. Its sad.
No experience, an opinion just a whole hearted review.

As a tourist don't book Yankees tickets

We came from Berlin to watch a Yankees game for my husband's birthday last September 2022 and unfortunately, it got cancelled. No refund was proposed, only to change our tickets (value $160) for another game and then sell them (as we are not living in New-York, we are not able to attend any other game).

So we needed to wait for the season to start again in February 2023 and when I tried to change our tickets, I was only able to change them for tickets with a higher price (another $10 lost). And even that was not possible. I kept getting an error message about my billing information that was correct.

We are 7 months later after the event, and I still have tickets that I can't change & can't sell. I let you judge this experience.

Game still postponed after 3 months what a joke

I had tickets for a game in April when COVID hit. The event is postponed for over 3 months and it says I am ineligible for a refund. How can they just keep my money on a game they pushed over 3 month out which I am betting in the end I will lose that money (how long can they keep an event postponed before calling it canceled?)

Shocking ticketing system

Was in New York for a 5 day break so before we left we decided to purchase tickets for 13/05/2019. We waited at the stadium for 3 hours waiting for the game to start ( weather was not great with a lot of rain ) for the game to be called off. I totally accept that the weather was the reason which is fair enough but the communication in stadium was shocking to say the least. Anyway presumed we would get a refund but am told this is not the case. Tickets non refundable. What the Hell!! It’s not as if i live in New York so can just hang around 3 more days to attend the re match. I have messaged the Yankees on Facebook messenger and not one single reply from the 3 messages I have sent them.
