Never got what I paid for. The costumer service, I believe is fake. Got 1 answer of my thousand emails. And never got my money back or my purchase. AVOID!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Sold me an item of clothing that in absolutely no way resembled the photo they had on the website. Not just was Yankia falsely advertising but they have totally useless customer service and have refused to let me send back my item. Complete waste of time and money, AVOID!!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I ordered two pairs of really cool shoes and a purse and I love all my items. The quality is not top notch but still, the prices aren't bad. They responded to emails as well. It does take a while to receive your order so you just have to be patient. I placed a new order for some leather boots and two pieces of clothing just the other day. No complaints, I love their unique and interesting styles! Will probably continue to buy from them!

I am so surprised at all the horrible reviews here!! I have used Yankia many many times and have a lot of clothes from them. I think I've only had one failure - and even that arrived exactly as shown in the picture - it was just a bit too 'way out' when I tried it on! I haven't returned it as I just might dare to wear it at some stage lol! Seriously I am very happy with Yankia - I had reason to contact them once and they replied almost immediately - I will continue to purchase from Yankia with full confidence.

They took my money. But have not followed up on delivery. There has been no communication explaining the delay in delivery.

Really, the clothes are not great, but the service at Yankia is even worse. It is terrible. I ordered a long shirt Online. When it arrived I was dismayed to see that it was made of a cheap shiny material.
I have requested that they send me an address to return the shirt, but they have chosen to ignore me. Three emails later, and I have had no response and no chance of a refund, so I am letting other people know that they would be wise not to order from Yankia unless they want to throw their money away.

My order took along time to get to me in the UK, but I am so, so happy with my order! Did not get a response to my email requesting info on delivery date. I'm a size 12) and is floor length as it should have been (I'm 5 ft 6 inches). I LOVE dress, the material/style looks/fits exactly like the pic, very comfortable and will be buying it again in green! They've had terrible reviews so I was really worried, but I'm very pleased!

AVOID............this company does not respond to ANY correspondence regarding requests to return items for a refund. They ignore all emails and just occasionally respond with a "stock" answer.

Very poor Quality. When I paid $50 per top I was expecting a very good quality but I'm in tears to recieve my order. Rough material and very bad quality. I think most of coustomers like me tempted to buy clothing from these online stores because they displayed very stylish and fashionable outfits but believe me it's a scam!

I got the items in 1 months, but they were very big, huge. I tried to contact them to send back the goods and ask refund, but they did not answer , it is impossible to contact with them.

terrible TERRIBLE service. First I was eligible for expedited shipping which is 5-7 business days. I got it 6 F$%KING WEEKS later!!!! Then, the actual clothing was a joke. They were either gigantic (and I like my clothes baggy) or tiny (even tho I got XL) and when I wanted to return them, a horror story ensued. Countless emails whiles waiting days and even weeks in between for a response until they just completely ignored me. I was patient, I was professional, I was polite. I gave them all the info they wanted (which was every last detail down the full title they named the item I wanted to return)
I never got my $200 back.

These clothes look nothing like what they are selling. The material IS CHEAP AF! Do not buy these clothes unless you are under 5’1” because I’m 5’5” and all the pants came up to my calves. I tried to return them and they said they would pay me $35 to keep them instead of refunding me my $111 that I spent. I cannot get a hold of them anymore when I found out that returning them would cost more than what I paid for them! I regret making this purchase. Poor quality. Horrible customer service.

Very bad article, very bad fabric and very bad finished and shipped like 2 months later.

Takes a longgggg time but eventually, all the items get to me. Pieces of my order come in at staggered times. I question if mongoor.com is the same because inventory and website gui looks the same.

The clothing quality is abominable and deceptive. None of the clothes look like the ones pictured on the website, and the company was sketchy about returns- when I reached out they proposed random amounts to refund me without me shipping back the stuff, as though they knew immediately how crappy the stuff was. Take your business elsewhere and do not trust this scammy brand.
