Don't order anything, you are warned!

Their daily newsletter is the opposite of their customer service.

Great daily newsletter but your customer service SUCKS! I am waiting more the 1,5 month for the product that I ordered, and did not receive anything.

Luckely I used PayPal to get my money back in seconds.

Yanko Punks, you suck!

Zero customer service.

Do not reply to emails. Zero customer service. Also a lot of their products of similar spec and quality can be bought at a fraction of the price if you shop around.
Do not part with your money without comparing prices elsewhere.

Scam alert

I noticed little late and went ahead with my order. Then I asked them to cancel my order but there's no response from their support. Seems like I am being scammed.

Scam

Scam! Ordered some products. Never arrived.
Wrote several emails through different channels (I.e. support, LinkedIn, Facebook, instagram) no replies at all.
Do not buy from them!

Ordered

Ordered, delivery date lapsed, followed up a few weeks later to enquire about delivery date, no response, raised a complaint via PayPal and was refunded a week later. Bottom line: nice looking products, its a scam, always use PayPal

Good design, scam e-shop

I was attracted by the good-looking website and nice selection of products. My first order amounted appr. EUR 170 and was delivered on time. I was surprised by the lack of invoice and poor packaging quality, but disregarded these 2 red flags. On May 11 2025 I placed a second order with appr. amount EUR 280 and prepaid at checkout. Order confirmation came immediately and stated that I shall receive an additional e-mail after order shipment. Delivery time as per TCs is 8-10 days. After I did not receive any info on shipment, I sent a series of e-mails to request an update and support. By now - May 27th, I have no answer to my 4-5 messages to the e-shop.
In the meantime I still receive newsletters advertising items from the e-shop.
Buyers beware, the e-shop is a scam! The experience is painful. 2 of my ordered products were meant for a gift. I have no gifts now and on top of the fraud I became a victim of, I need to spend more to actually buy gifts.
I am starting to escalate the issue to the consumer protection authorities.

Cancelled my order no refund

Cancelled my order, no refund issued, no response to emails, contact forms or social media.

I placed an order on January 20th and my card was charged at the time of purchase (as expected).

I had to cancel the order later that day and the cancellation was confirmed by Yanko on January 24th.

I followed up on January 28th because I only received the confirmation email and did not receive a refund.

I followed up again February 3rd with no response.

I have had no communication from Yanko other than the automated ecommerce emails.

UPDATE 2024-04-16: I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Still haven't heard anything from Yanko.
