I had already used the service in the…

I had already used the service in the past and everything went well. Today I "tried" to use it again because I trust the service, for some reason the payment doesn't appear on their platform, even after sending the proof of coinbase that was sent successfully but they still can't help.
We all know that when sending crypto we cannot go back with the money, conclusion, it was ONLY 5$ sent to the wallet that was informed by the staff that I was without and it is approved on the blockchain.
