Yapita health and Jannat were amazing

Yapita health connected me with Jannat back in 2025 when I was inquiring about surgery for my mother. And she stayed with me through out the inquiry process by calling multiple hospitals for get good recommendations for me at the best price. And even though we couldn’t do it in 2025, she stayed in touch and kept checking in to see how my mother was doing. When we finally came a few weeks ago, she helped find us a good accommodation, when there was a fire in our accommodation on a Sunday, she ran to our location to make sure we were safe and stayed outside with us for hours to make sure everything was fixed before leaving. Followed us to every appointment and made sure to recommend leisure things we can do in India and not just to the hospital and back home.
Jannat was wonderful and I would recommend her and Yapita Health.

A huge shoutout to Jannat from Yopita…

A huge shoutout to Jannat from Yopita health for recommending me Dr Hakan’s boutique clinic in Istanbul. It was a life changing decision for me.

Below is a detailed review for Dr Hakan’s clinic which I am pasting here as well.

My 9-Month Update: 3,800 Grafts with Dr. Hakan done in June 2025
If you’re looking into getting a hair transplant and want a totally honest, unfiltered look at what the journey actually feels like, I hope my experience helps you out. I went to Dr. Hakan for a **3,800 graft procedure**, and looking at where I am now compared to where I started, it’s honestly been life-changing. On the day of the surgery, I decided to pay an extra $200 for IV sedation, and it was the best decision I could’ve made—the whole thing was completely painless. I also threw in an extra $500 for the stem cell treatment, and they included the PRP therapy for free. Recovery was surprisingly smooth, too. I didn't get any of that crazy facial swelling you always see in post-op photos; instead, my scalp just drained a lot of the injection water over the first few days as it healed. To give the new grafts the absolute best chance to survive and thicken up, I’ve been super disciplined with my aftercare routine, taking oral finasteride (5mg a week) and applying 5% minoxidil once or twice every single day. Looking back at my monthly photos, it’s wild to see how the whole process broke down into three totally different stages.
### Phase 1: The Early Months (The Mental Test)
The first few months are rough, and you really need some serious mental toughness to get through them. Once the initial transplanted hairs shed, you’re left looking incredibly thin and patchy. During this "ugly duckling" stage, I'd look in the mirror and my scalp just looked completely bare in some spots, especially around the crown and mid-scalp. It’s incredibly easy to start second-guessing everything and panicking that it didn't work. You literally just have to close your eyes, put your blinders on, trust Dr. Hakan’s design, and keep up with your daily finasteride and minoxidil. It’s a slow, frustrating phase where it feels like absolutely nothing is happening on the surface, but underneath, the roots are just settling in.
### Phase 2: Month 6 (The Turning Point)
Right around the 6-month mark, the magic finally happened. This was the real turning point where those 3,800 grafts woke up and started sprouting like crazy, finally blending in with my original hair. Thanks to Dr. Hakan’s precise hairline placement and the extra boost from the meds, the new hair started coming in much thicker and coarser. The see-through, patchy look completely vanished and was replaced by actual, solid coverage. Seeing that density fill in more and more every week was the best feeling in the world and a massive weight off my shoulders.
### Phase 3: Month 9 (Where I’m At Today - April 2026)
Now that I’m 9 months out, I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. The hairline looks completely natural—nobody would ever guess I had work done—and the density is thick enough that I can actually style my hair normally again. It has completely changed the framing of my face and knocked years off my appearance. The texture of the transplanted hair feels strong, healthy, and matches the rest of my head perfectly. Dr. Hakan is an absolute master at this, his work speaks for itself, and sticking to the daily meds has protected every single graft. If you're on the fence about doing this, just trust the process and stay consistent with the aftercare. It is worth every single day of the wait.

Amazing Experience

I had an amazing experience with this clinic from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was well taken care of during recovery as well.

Most importantly, the results turned out fantastic - the transplant looks natural, healed really well, and exceeded my expectations. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and their patients.

I’m very happy I chose them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

In Wisconsin

In Wisconsin, there aren't any orthopedic surgeons that are capable of doing endoscopic surgery. I was recommended a four level lumbar fusion entering from the front. I decided against that and traveled to India to see Dr. SK Rajan.

He recommended a single level lumbar Tlif. I was in extreme nerve pain and could barely walk 20 feet. I decide to get this surgery as it would leave my spine's anatomy intact. This is crucial for protecting adjacent levels in the spine.

I am 15 months post surgery now. I have zero pain! This was the best decision I have ever made. Had I listened to spine doctors here I would be handicap for life. I do not even notice I had a fusion.

I'd recommend you send your images to Dr. SK Rajan and let him give you a second opinion. Do not rush into a surgery with exhausting all options. Your doctor here isn't endoscopically trained.

Lastly, Saloni worked for an agency which helps to connect you with doctors. I cannot speak for other doctors. Saloni help to make the whole process go smoothly.

Thank you,
Antonio V.
