Customer service

Customer service a joke infact disgusting.
Have left 6 messages and 1 email since Monday 2nd March and now 6th and still no acknowledgement.
Would have been nice for someone to calle back as the item I want is not on there Web page. On their introductory message when phone is answered we reply to messages immediately

I purchased a snowblower this year and…

I purchased a snowblower this year and was missing a couple of bolts. After contacting the company and providing a bill of sale and other information it still wasn't good enough. They still haven't sent any of the replacement parts. The package was missing a couple of bolts can you imagine if it was a major part? Don't buy their product.

Purchased a mower

Purchased a mower, battery powered unit, just managed to do our lawn.

2 years in and the battery is knackered, weve followed ball the correct instructions but it won't fully charge and last about 2 minutes when charged, so I guess we need a replacement, however at plus £70 for a new battery, what in earth is the point of that, I can get a new mower for just over £100.

Complete ripoff the price of a replacement, when the original was not very good it certainly does not encourage you to get a replacement one, so we will be trying a competitive brand

Thought I Ordered a cordless mower on 16/3/25…

Ordered a cordless mower on 16/3/25 online payment taken via PayPal. Received email from them saying they had finished processing my order. No delivery details online other than "standard delivery". Waited all day Monday 17th for a tracking number or delivery details but received nothing . Contacted them through online chat asked for delivery details and what was standard delivery. I was told that there was an integration in the systems error and my order had not been processed. And,so as not bore you ,I had three more attempts with online chat to get an answer and still got no more than pathetic excuses and empty promises, the final one resulting in me cancelling the order and requesting a refund,also an email confirming cancellation. I phoned Sumec UK ltd but still got no further so asked to speak to a manager .I was told "there are no managers,and my complaint and request has been passed to the complaints department and someone will be in touch shortly hopefully".
WHAT A DISGRACEFUL ,ABYSMALLY POOR USELES, POSSIBLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY THIS IS . They took my money, can't or won't provide the mower I ordered, and will not cancel my order or refund my money . AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is the 4th battery failure on my…

This is the 4th battery failure on my lawn mower. They do not answer the phone and don't care, Yardforce should not be in business. Quite simply the worse product i have ever bought by some distance. I am taking it to the tip tomorrow. If you buy anything from them and it goes wrong, you will only have yourselves to blame.

BEWARE: COMMON FAULT: Batteries die and do not last.

Bought the Yardforce 37cm inch cordless mower under 2 years ago along with a spare (extra high power) battery (£100 extra). After less than 50 cuts in my modest garden, both batteries are dying on me and hold very little charge. I get about 8 minutes max from one battery.Reading the threads on here, I see this is a very common, and would have never bought Yardforce products if I knew the batteries were not fit for purpose and did not last a reason amount of time). I had to jump hoops to get hold of anyone at Yardforce, complete numerous forms/emails and provide endless evidence/serial numbers and dates -even though I bought the products DIRECTLY from them and provided the receipt.

Having supplied them everything they need, they've stopped replying to my emails and have failed to send any battery replacements. If you don't mind a rather flimsy,(albeit lightweight) DISPOSABLE machine to last for just one season this is a good buy. It doesn't cut particularly low (I always use the absolute shortest cut otherwise you won't cut off the tops of any clover, flower heads such as buttercups etc). I bought this as it had a good review in one of the gardening magazines, but they don't have to use it for more than a week - we have to live with our purchases. If you need a half decent machine that will last a reasonable amount of time avoid this at all cost.

Really poor customer service

I purchased the Yard Force135Bar Compact and Portable 1800W High-Pressure Washer with Accessories, Cleaner for Car, Patio & Garden, Orange & Black. I did not get to use the pressure washer due to the fact I noticed a large oil stain in the bottom of the box when I unpacked it, the plastic bag that the unit was packed in was also covered in oil. I reached out to Yard Force to ask if this was to be expected or whether the unit may be damaged. It's been 3 days and they have not answered my question, this doesn't speak well for their customer support so I decided to work directly with Amazon and do a return- refund, I won't buy another Yard Force product, will get my pressure washer from another company.

Yardforce (Coreservice)

Yardforce (Coreservice) - customer service is dreadful.

Bought a lawnmower from them a couple of years back. Over the course of the years, a wheel fell off (I fixed it) electric "key" broke (I fixed it), handle fell off (I fixed it) but the battery would not hold charge - I couldn't fix that.

Went to the website - the "Samsung designed" battery is no longer available. Strange - I though Samsung were big.

I eventually got hold of "Order and enquiry Chat Line" - after an hour, I got a reply. Offered a compatible. Eventually managed to find it. Got an email from them (at least this bit works) offering a 10% discount.

Got to checkout, entered the code - it didn't work. Asked about this on Chat Line. After half an hour, got a reply saying "Have I used the email address before"

I said "I have no idea- after 2.5 hours, I shall go somewhere else"

Terrible products and support

Terrible products, terrible support. Bought a robomower. Worked fine for a few weeks (but the controls and app don't really work). Contacted Yardforce support and got the worst services ever. 4 months of back and forth on emails, Shipped the mower back to them twice. Yardforce returned the mower back to me broken each time. Avoid Yardforce. Useless compnay.

Great purchase

Bought a Yardforce SA650 robotic lawn mower. One of my very best purchases. Works really well and keeps my lawn neatly trimmed all of the time.

You still have to strim the edges unless you have concrete or slabs exactly the same height as the lawn at the edge, but a great time saver as well as keeping it looking good all the time.

Don't buy Yardforce lawnmowers (300 RBS)

Bought a Yardforce 300RBS..got it but I can't get it to work via the app (BT), so vital function don't work. The serial number is not registered/already in use.??? The supplier went bust after shipping it to me... Other European sales support of partner forwards your questions around in a circle and (maybe) respond every 2 weeks.
Latest: Now it's my problem, they tell me... It's my router/WiFi....
Thing is the damm thing only uses BT via 4G and has no WiFi, so even Yardsforce doesn't know their own stuff...
No guarantee (supplier is insolvent/went bust)
Manufacturer of EU sales/resellers give NO support, ask the same question over and over again and are slowwww to respond. Bought it in April... No solution yet.
If I was the manufacturer/Brand owner I would be mad, that other kill you brand

For me a serious waste of money and I recommend NONE of their products. No settings, no updates, no control.
My tip: Don't always believe YouTube endorsement that test 1 day.
My lesson: quality costs a little bit more but makes you happy on the long run.
Money down the drain... sensors don't work/can't be activated, but an excellent plow for my new garden instead of a lawnmower.
