I have purchased an item from yawn brew and I have tried to get in contact multiple times regarding an order not received but I've had no response.
Shame was looking forward to product as Christmas presents

Excellent customer service, definitely went above and beyond to get advent calendar to right address, after i put wrong one by mistake. They sent 2nd one straight away, no extra charge! Great product.

Bought the coffee advent calendar in December for Christmas, and the beans were already stale on day 1. The taste was foul. I've had stale coffee before but this was something else. Contacted support and they ignored my email.
Avoid like the plague, the plague probably tastes better!

Very nice service and got a partial review even though the late delivery wasnt really their fault. Can recommend 10/10

I cannot fault this company at all, last year ordered hot chocolate & coffee advents, this year thought I’d try the tea with the cup also, the cup is absolutely delightful a double walled glass cup, modern design, I ordered the Christmas tea bags the selection looks amazing and I’m trying not to wish time away but I’m excited to try these on 1st December onwards, I’m sure they won’t disappoint

Recently made my first YAWN order and wasn’t disappointed. Easy to order, fast delivery and ruddy great coffee. Will definitely be ordering again…..and again :-) I’m now considering their monthly coffee club.

Company went above and beyond throughout the entire ordering process. There was some delays due to shipping and at one time it appeared as though package was lost. Yawnbrew was very quick with communication and easy to work with. Willingness to ship out another order and expedite so it would arrive as soon as possible. Original package not lost just in a very very slow shipping process and delivered with no issues.

The advent was beautifully packaged and person it was bought for very excited to try the Christmas advent. The different flavors of coffee were exciting to read about and person is looking forward to the experience of opening and enjoying each one during the Christmas season.

Would continue to buy coffee advents from Yawnbrew and look forward to my own package as soon as it arrives. Not a coffee fan but the choices in tea advents were varied and cannot wait to experience them this season.

I consider myself lucky to have discovered Yawn Brew. Their Coffee Club is a wonderful value for money, easy to receive in its letterbox package and one of most eagerly anticipated monthly deliveries in our household. Yawn Brew exquisite advent calendars are an unmissable wonderful treat! And most importantly, their customer service is second to none. All my coffee, tea and hot chocolate needs taken care of by these lovely attentive caring people! I am very grateful. Long may you prosper!

My parcel got lost in the mail, so I contacted them through the form on their website. They replied very quickly and reshipped my order. Great customer service! And the advent calendar looks really good, can't wait to try it!
