There are so many negative experiences I’ve had with Yay and the whole Blazesoft brand
Let’s see…making my favorite game that I won on a lot, not work so I couldn’t use it. I had someone make a profile so I could see if the game did the same thing. Of course, it worked perfectly for them. Changing my RTP amount compared to other players. I could go on and on about my negative experiences. Zula and fortune wins is casinos are even worse.

Honest and real review from a girl who was skeptical. USA
Ok so here is a real review from a girl in Arkansas who plays many social casinos to try and make a little extra cash while playing some cool games. I would suggest before joining any social casino to read all the terms and conditions as well as the sweepstakes rules so that you can anticipate and negate any issues you may run into while trying to verify your account so it doesn’t interfere with your 1st redemption. I myself didn’t run into any difficulties at all except for myself. Once I got myself in check and was able to maintain the minimum redemption amount in my account (I gambled it all away and gave it all back several times which was my own dang fault) while my account was getting verified. Once that happened which only took a few days I was able to redeem easily and quickly with a transfer direct to my regular bank. The verification process is standard and I had no issues whatsoever uploading the required documents. Contacting customer service was easy as well when I’ve had game or promotion related questions and everyone was very kind and helpful. They have great games and are adding new ones all the time. I also think the promotions they have including the progressive daily bonus are great…. I love that if I keep on-top of logging in I’m able to receive enough to spin more than 2 or 3 spins with my daily bonus alone. Unless something goes terribly wrong I expect to play at Yay Casino for years to come.
