Okay.. I can live with that. I understand there are a lot of crooks out there and to keep it a safe and fair place for all we must all go through the same vetting process. There is no reason that my account and my gameplay shouldn't pass the verification with flying colors so I have no issues there and honestly don't know why anyone would have an issue there unless they were engaging in questionable activity. I will update my review here with details on the outcome when it is complete.

Edited to add: I'm very happy to say that within 12 hours of being notified that my withdrawal was pending a provider review, my account was cleared for withdrawals and I was able to successfully withdraw my winnings to my crypto wallet! A+ experience all around!

They said that they were gonna hold my payout because they needed to send it to the games provider so it would be at least two weeks and previously when I had to cash out their maximum limit is $1000 withdrawal which is very low. They must be small and they just held my pay out the second time I won so they can go away. I wouldn’t play there again ever.

Now I'll get onto the ins and outs of ybets for anyone that's interested. They started life out as 'immerion' with a licence from the Philippines. After about 6 months or so they changed to ybets. net/ybets1.io or any other variation you've came across. Their licence then changed to 'Anjouan' which is an island in Africa. Curaçao and the Philippines are the typical licenses you'll find with the majority non UKGC regulated crypto casinos and don't really offer any support for players. But 'Anjouan Gaming' are rock bottom. The other licenses I've mentioned are bad BUT 'Anjouan' are the worst of the worst and will literally give a licence to anyone. They do zero background checks. Even applying for a Curaçao license (who are not great) you at least have to have some proof of funds as a casino to prove you can pay players.

I've been with ybets for a year. After many losing deposits of around £/€50 each time, I finally had a winning session and withdrew £250 without any issues. Fast forward a few months of more losing deposits I had a big win of around £900 which put my account into profit.... And that's where the issues began. My guess is that if you are what they call a 'losing player' they won't mind processing your withdrawals with ease. But once your profit/loss gets into the positive they start to become awkward.

An example: I made a withdrawal to my card which was processed within 24 hours. A few days later I went to make another withdrawal which kept getting cancelled within 60 seconds after I requested it. The live support said my card supplier rejected the withdrawal which doesn't make sense if they manually process withdrawals like the previous one. Some casinos do use an open link process meaning that when you make a withdrawal to your used deposit method it will automatically send the funds. But that's not the case at Ybets as all my previous withdrawals have been processed within days, not seconds.

Also if you scroll down to the bottom of the Ybets home page they have a gazillion banners claiming to be trusted site partners of... Casinomeister, CasinoGuru etc etc. But if you go onto said sites and search Ybets, you'll find plenty of unresponsive complaints and no answers from the Ybets casino reps. So I'm guessing it's just another ploy to make their website look legit. Along with all the fake looking positive reviews on here that are all very similar and very vague.

There's a billion crypto casinos out there. Just choose one of them. Ybets sounds good with regular weekly deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback etc etc but you're honestly better spending your money elsewhere. At least at sites like BCgaming where people have had issues (like most crypto casinos), they actually have casino reps on the forums responding to complaints and trying to help people.

Yes you might make a few successful deposits and withdrawals from Ybets but I'd honestly not bother. In the long run you'll only get burned and then have to deal with the stress of trying to get your money from an unlicensed casino that can do what they want.
