Requesting a rating when i have had zero communication regarding the order I placed a week ago! Items not received and no communication
Re: i did recieve a confirmation email. It had the date ordered, the item(s) ordered and the address. No delivery dates or expected delivery dates mentioned.
Also to point out i didn’t query where my order nor did i come seeking this site to post my review. I received an email to request a review. The only email I’ve received since my order confirmation

Did you receive a confirmation of purchase email? It has the dates for when the new jersey will arrive on the email end of July, it also has the information of the delivery dates on the shop product page,
If you bought the Zippy top it arrived on Thursday a week earlier then the 17th of July date which is also on the email and on the shop product page.
I have been posting out the back orders of the zippy tops over the weeked and yesterday and I will be posting out the latest purchased orders today and tomorrow.
If you needed an update would it not have been easier to email and ask?
