Fast and efficient service

Horrible experience/service

Not only wrong grill was sent, the box it came in was retaped with different color tape on one end as if i got someone elses return. Box was also open on one side and damaged. I refused the package and sent it back, now they are processing refund less 30% restocking fee ??!! Stay away from this vendor!!

customer service exceeded my expectations!

During assembly of the lettering to the grille I had accidentally stripped out the back of the lettering. So be careful when threading the screws into the plastic lettering. When I reached out to the company they responded in a timely manner & not only did they offer to resolve my problem by sending me new lettering they also acted out of good will & included the lights. Despite this minor set back, their customer service exceeded my expectations!

This company has been very patient and very understanding. I bought a new grill for my car and bought the wrong one. I emailed as soon as I found out and the company had my back the whole time. Normally I hate ordering online because of situations like this but they made me feel so good and very helpful. I’ll definitely buy here again !10/10 recommend
