I ordered the faux fur bed setting on the 27/11/18 just before Xmas I received a small package opened it to find a pair of earphones didn’t think to much about it later on Down the track still no bed setting I have removed my credit card from PayPal and been to the bank today to have my card destroyed and getting a new one I don’t want to loose anymore money

Ordered a jacket 8 November, got a set of cheap headphones sent a email they said they had sent another jacket with a tracking no 4 weeks later it says lost in the post, won't answer emails now avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 teddybear bead sheets and waited ages for them yesterday I received a fake pair of beats earphones. I paid at least £110 for these 2 bed sheets. I would like to get my money back as I am a 16 year old girl and money is crucial. If anyone has any ways that I could get my money back I’d really help 🙏🏽Thanks.

I am writing this review for every single person that has been scammed by this website. I have experienced the same, unpleasant course of action. I have personally emailed them, but I do not expect a reply anytime soon. Anyways, this review is for anyone that wishes to get their money back. I currently study law in the UK, and I decided to take action against this website. If you live in the UK, and wish to get your money back, you can refer back to legislation. Basically, what you have to do is write an email to their website. I cannot write the email due to the law of this website, but if you type- contact us yeahsavevip - then it should show you their email. Try to be pleasant while you’re writing the email. You might need it later on when going to the bank. In the email, explain the situation but refer back to S.11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This section covers Description. If goods that you bought don’t match the description, you are entitled to a refund. Wait a couple of weeks, and if you don’t get an email back simply go to your local branch(bank)- that is only if you paid by your credit card. Explain the situation, and demand your money back. If they say they cannot do anything, refer to Consumer Credit Act 1974 S.75. It states that your bank is liable for any misconduct on behalf of the seller. If you have proof of purchase(a simple statement from your bank account showing that this website took your money), that should be enough.

Hope this helps anyone that is struggling with this.

Apparently my claim is as all the other reviews I unfortunately read too late. I ordered a jacket, 2 months later i received a fake beats headset, also i emailed the company with no response.
since the same issue happened to all other online payees, it is undeniably a huge SCAM and FRAUD.

If anyone knows how to report these scammers please advise

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order in November and still have not received it. Today is January 21. I have emailed the support team at least 5 times with no response at all. I really don't know how to get my money back. If anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated

One star to this company is concidered way to much. Ordered a package which never arrived. Like other comments say on here, it is claimed to be delivered, but is in fact not. I just feel stupid not to have checked out reviews before ordering.

SCAM! Never received item and said their tracking said delivered and maybe it was put through the letter box?? A bedding set through the letter box??? Total scam they take your money!!! Now they are ignoring all of my emails and are not willing to do anything. They have taken my money and I have no items from them.

I ordered a FAUX comforter on 11-23-18 for $44.99 and got a cheap headset on 1-12-2019. So not only did it take forever to get here but they didnt even send the right thing. I havent heard back but I contacted my bank and they are making it a fraud case. After seeing these other reviews today and seeing it happened to others as well I decided to act much faster and have my bank deal with it

You guys are f**ked up. Crazy people like you are the reason some of us don't buy things online. You cannot take my money and send me some useless headset. Do i tell you i need a headset?

so after messing up 2 seperate orders completely they (yeahsave.vip) said they accidentally sent the wrong item which was fake cheap headsets. they said it was their most popular item. Do you think i give a f*&k?
They then couldnt find what items i purchased or colours so i had to tell them. they then said they will ship the items out and sent me a tracking number the next day.
the item has been in my country for over 2 weeks. The tracking number does not work on any aus based and local postal services. The tracking number was fake.
Worse yet i see the blow:

2019-01-16 07:56:20 -Being dispatched- The delivery status of your item has not been updated(Your package may have been lost during the transportation period.pls contact sender)

The company has not replied to me at all after their b*llsh1t.

The page says they are based in america which is not true at all. Do some digging and you will find out.

honestly i wish there was a no star review i could put in. just like other buyers, i recieved beats headphones. what i suggest if you got tricked is, not take them out of the package and sell them brand new on mercari or poshmark for more than what you bought the "duvet cover" for. also i'd like you all to be careful with paypal. i opened a paypal account, this being the first purchase on it and they stole my paypal account and tried to buy stuff on it. of course banks are amazing and don't let odd transactions come through but if any of you used it with paypal, delete your account now!!!!!!! they will take your paypal info and try to use it

I ordered the Faux Bed comforter and after 2 month waiting got the fake headphones! I started the money dispute charges with my bank but it is horrible how many people got scammed and all we can do is dispute the charges and wait and hope for our money back! I think something else could be done! They need to go to jail!

Scam...Duvets never came. Got these cheap imitation headphones.Didnt know where they came from as there was no shipping information.Read the other reviews and realized I've been scammed.

Same thing happened to me, I ordered the fluffy comforter. When I didn't receive it, I emailed the company. I just received their response telling me that it was delivered in my mailbox. A comforter wouldn't fit in a mailbox...then I remembered getting the fake beats earbuds around the time they say they delivered. I paid 44.99 and have opened a dispute with PayPal.

Yes, the same for me..I've ordered a jacket and they delivered to me a pair of headphones :)

Do not order from these people there scams! I use PayPal and they denied my claim and told me that I got my package. Which I did, but they sent me a dr. Dre headphones instead of my duvet! So screw PayPal to cuz they're just as shady as freaking yeahsavevip

i got scammed too, like someone else on here i bought a faux fur bed set, (off of Instagram) and received headphones. I didn't realise that's where the headphones came from until i came on here. I did have my suspicions though because when i opened a case with paypal i lost because it said my parcel had been delivered. Here to warn others from buying from them. Please beware people! I did not get my money back!

I ordered pair of shoes. I received fake earphones . I read other reviews here and everyone has been scammed by this website. They delayed the shipping by 3 weeks and sent me a tracking number which took more than a month to arrive. And boom fake earphones. Issue raised with PayPal and awaiting resolution. I wonder with so many complaints against this company with paypal.. PayPal still allows them to use the payment services. There are many other similar website with huge discounts and offers. They are collecting personal information and delay shipment and sending fake earphones. By delaying they get escape PayPal's deadline and the website stopped replying. ANYONE WHO USED THEIR DEBIT OR CREDIT MUST IMMEDIATELY REQUEST THEIR BANK TO CHANGE THE CARD. This company randomly charges your card and you CANNOT get money back. The trust seal on their website are fake. It's not clickable. It's just a photo of secured seal. There are more websites like these like trending VIP, hobbilaunch, cyber mankind, eccoblackfriday, Boseeshops, musicanjoytstore, FGvips, shopbyhot, trendydealstore and many others. BEWARE!!
