Written by the company

Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Absolute joke of a service

Absolute joke of a service! Sending some bits via Vinted and won’t be using EVER again! Nothing like InPost!
Scanned barcode, locker opens, put parcel inside, close the door, only option is to change locker size? You can’t register the parcel inside - why?! Press the size your parcel is inside, opens a different locker. Now lost for good!
Ring customer services on 0121 275 0500. They want a ref. code which is hard to locate when you only have a QR code, dug it out on email, now they need the recipient address… here comes the biggest flaw! Vinted doesn’t release the address when using this DPD service, DPD insist that they must have recipient address to confirm and help - asking us to bypass GDPR, really?!
Buyers don’t want to share understandably and now I’ve got to wait 48 hrs for Vinted, all the while my 2 x unlabelled parcels will probably get collected and lost in the abyss!
Never again - avoid like the plague!!!!

Never use with DPD

When DPD drop items at ours, the system never informs DPD so no pass is generated to unlock, and the parcels remain in the locker until sent back. Wastes weeks of time.

I would like to give zero stars

I would like to give zero stars. Do not use these lockers! They do not work correctly and my parcel is stuck inside and I have no way of sending it to the recipient. The control panel does not make sense and when I tried to abort the delivery, I couldn’t open it as it locked and didn’t complete. I have used other lockers countless times such as Inpost which are very effective. YEEP is appalling bad and they have not responded to my emails after almost 3 days to try and get my parcel back. AVOID YEEP !!! You’ll regret it if you do. Another thing that I’ve noticed on trustpilot…. YEEP do not respond to customers giving 1 star, no apology or possible explanation. BUT, guess what? They reply to their 4 customers who have given 5 stars - definitely a scam company, proves that they have no customer focus or integrity. YEEP should be put out of business as they are fraudsters .

Terrible, clunky, no customer service.

Using these lockers feels like stepping back into 2004. The interface is clunky, confusing, and if something goes wrong, you’ve got zero chance of finding a human to talk to.

I dropped off a DPD parcel and the tracking hasn't even acknowledged it’s been dropped. For anyone selling on Vinted or eBay, stay well away. These platforms have strict "post by" dates, and this company’s lack of basic tracking updates is going to get your orders cancelled and your ratings tanked.

Unreliable and outdated, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Terrible. Recieved absolutely no contact, no email or text. Parcel was in a locker at 13:00, within 5 hours the parcel was sent back to depot tehn sender! 5 hours is completely unreasonable and not communicated to me.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience around this, but unfortunately, this is not something we have any control over, as we are just behind the lockers, not the carriers or logistical chain for parcels.

Please raise this issue with your carrier and they should be able to explain what happened and advise on any next steps.

Hey SRS!

We're really sorry to hear you are having issues collecting your parcel from one of our lockers, and understand the importance of getting this sorted.

You’ll want to get in touch with your carrier so they can give you the 6-digit PIN needed to open the locker. When you reach out, it helps to include your tracking number, when the issue happened, the PIN, and the locker number. That way, they can help you out as quickly as possible.

We don’t have access to UPS customer databases, so your carrier needs to verify your identity first. Once they’ve checked things on their end, they’ll let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you out!

Parcels remain uncollected in Yeep locker

I dropped off two DPD packages into Yeep locker YEEP0588. Yeep have not notified DPD to collect the parcels. They are still in the locker weeks after I dropped them off. The Yeep app crashes when trying to use it. There’s only an email for contact, which I’ve emailed a couple of times, Yeep doesn’t reply and my parcels are still in locker YEEP0588 uncollected. It’s an awful service, that should be banned, because it doesn’t work.

Bad experience

Tried to use a Yeep locker to return an item. Stood in the rain trying to download their App but it wouldn't send me a pin code so I had to give up.

Next day I was able to get a pin so installed and went back to lockers. Now it refused to accept the barcode of the package I was returning. I gave up.

Great customer experience YEEP. You must be so proud!

Thanks for the reply. Why then do UPS provide instructions for using your lockers for returns?

Exactly the same as everyone else on here, I really wish I had read these reviews before using the Yeep locker.

Deposited a Vestiaire Collective parcel to a Yeep locker a week ago for DPD collection. Received no confirmation of deposit which I thought was weird but even worse, absolutely no updates since then. DPD say it’s a Vestiaire problem, Vestiaire won’t do anything until I provide proof of deposit which I don’t have from Yeep and now my sale is going to be cancelled meaning I will lose the money and the item. Surely there must be something that can be done about this?!

Shambles of a service YEEP locker and DPD

I used YEEP locker at Nisa Sauchie FK10 3JR to post a vinted parcel 6 days ago - i followed all instructions and used locker accordingly. I received no verification text or email.
I have tried to contact DPD but unable to and the app says they have received my order details but not my parcel so i presume they haven't picked it up !

Absolute Scam, reported to Trading Standard and thinking of taking legal Action

I dropped of 5 parcels to a Yeep locked for a UPS delivery.
Despite asking for email confirmations no emails or text messages were ver received.
System failed to update UPS that the parcels are inside the locker so had to contact UPS to manually adjusted.
Ups is stating they don't have access to the parcel has they haven't received any informations.
Ups itself is now suggesting me to never use UPS lockers again going forward, what a joke.

I reported this sham of a comapny to Trading Standards, as your apps dont work, you don't have an email to raise any kind of complaint.
I see at least you answer to reviews so i hope i can get an email to contact you from here or i'l start contacting your employees on linked in.
I guess the next steps are legal actions or go to the lockers with a crowbar myself.

clarify that locker for Morrisons Paisley Anchor Mills is at Petrol station

I'd never heard of YEEP but got a message from DPD as I wasn't in when they called :
"Your parcel is waiting for you at your DPD Pickup Locker  Yeep! Mfg Morrisons Paisley Anchor
Thread Street Anchor Mills PA1 1GZ

"Morrisons Paisley Anchor" suggested to me that the locker was at Morrisons Paisley Anchor Mills Supermarket. There are parcel lockers there, but not YEEP ones. The Supermarket staff didn't know where the YEEP lockers were. Turns out its the nearby petrol station. The address could be made clearer. No way to contact YEEP on their website to make this suggestion.
Once I got there everything was straightforward- just entered a number on the DPD email and a locker door popped open.

As a business we use DPD to send orders with. We had a late order on a Saturday which was too late to be collected so used a Yeep locker to drop off and be collected by DPD on the Sunday.

We scanned the DPD barcode and put the parcel in the locker, when closing the locker it locked and another door opened. We closed the locker door to be shown on the display that its been cancelled with our parcel stuck inside the locker.

DPD can't collect the parcel as the locker cancelled it and the only way to contact Yeep is by an online form to which we received an auto reply say they can't help.

Useless service. Yeep don't care. No phone number to speak to anybody. DO NOT USE.

We're really sorry you have had an issue with your status after dropping off your parcel.

It can take up to 24 hours for your parcel status to update in the app, since it depends on when the locker next syncs with our system. Sometimes the status might jump back to “created” or "cancelled"—but don’t stress, it should sort itself out after the next sync. If it still hasn't been collected, please let us know the Yeep! locker number or postcode, and we'll reach out to DPD to try and resolve it for you!

Yeep locker failure

I dropped a Vinted parcel off in a Yeep locker on 28/01, I used a digital QR label and at no point was asked to use a physical label. The parcel has not moved since. DPD have been unhelpful in terms of promising to investigate this and failing to do so, and now won’t respond to me as they say the tracking number doesn’t correspond with my address. This parcel needs to be collected from the locker and sent on to the buyer - why can this not happen? I have seen the other reviews and will also be reporting this to trading standards if this is not resolved.

My tracking number is: 15505352031085. Thank you.
