The quality of a service provider is not only giving an excellent service but their reaction and support to when things go wrong. With that regard this service provider is literally the worst i have ever seen in any sector to date. Its not my first purchase either, ive been working with them for about 4 years now. When things get wrong they have a tendency to reply very very late in the past, but recently it changed to them saying yeah itll work wait and literally ignoring your questions of assistance. Its not a technical or a staff shortage either since they use telegram as a platform you literally know the moment they read your message and ignored your questions. so please anyone reading this dont reward bad customer care. this people are the worst host you can ever get dont waste your money pick literally any other host you find.
