was scammed on Yekpay they claim that they have certificates in both turkey and iran but after doing research about them for hours they are totally illegal and can getaway with your money with ease its actually a hub for scammers to steal money and get away with it

im working with them for over 2 years now , they had some issues in withdraw times but they are good at all , good service , good support , also all of negative comments are about withdraw problems for sellers not buyers so if you use this service as a buyer or payer you should not confused , its a bank gateway and completely safe for all of my customers in over 2 years , hope this comment help you

I was a victim of trust in these fake positive reviews and used Yekpay. After a while of using their service, I could definitely confirm that Yekpay (Yekpays) is a fraudulent company.
At first, they try to build trust, but as soon as you increase your transactions, they will show their other face!
This is my story with them:
They made my first payment with a 1-day delay (which was acceptable at the beginning), then for the next transactions, they had a 3-week delay. After complaining to their support about these meaningless delays, they replied with some ridiculous excuses. Finally, after a couple of weeks back and forth with them, they said to pay back my money, I should attend their office in Tehran to complete the ID verification process again! Such a fraud could happen in 2021!

I was scammed on Yekpay. Since this company is doing financial transaction, it's important to be legit and have proper certificates (In Iran & Turkey), but unfortunately the Yekpay company is doing money transaction illegally, without any valid license in both countries. I used their online payment gateway to send money to Iran (Which they claim it was authorized by Iranian central bank and government), but unfortunately after using this website, I find out it was a scam! When I asked them for their legal certificates from Iran and Turkey Central banks, they gave up on following up on my issue! Yekpay (Yekpays) company is not trustable and it's not legit at all!

That is strange that some say yekpay is scammer .I used yekpay for 4 years. Some times for the transactions the compliance asked me some docs but as I sent the docs every thing was usual and no problem and I received my money fast. I want to thank the customer service.

If you have some extra money to donate to the scammers, "Yekpay" is the best choice! This fraudulent company also rebrand their website as "Yekpays". They may take your money and don't follow up on your case! In this case, you should buy a flight ticket and go to Iran, wishing you could get your money back from them! I had a sad story with Yekpay company and still I'm following up with my case. After top up your wallet on Yekpay (Yekpays) website, you have to wait almost 1 month! But this is just the beginning! You can only do the exchange at limited hours on certain days & then again have to wait for a couple of days or even some weeks and hope these scammers may deposit money into your account! Note that you may even never get your money back and they will ask you to go to their office to complete the KYC! While you have done the KYC process when you created your account!

Really good service, they respond fast and had no problem at all i think PayPal is a scam and steals money PayPal holds your money and won't answer after your transactions get high, but did not had the same problem with these guys.

Yekpay remittance is 100% scam, they are not legit at all. While they claim that they are approved by Iranian government, they don't have any certificate and even known as an illegal business in Iran.

They are scammers. They are not legit and may block your money without any prior notice. Don't trust them! I had worst experience with Yekpay money transactions to Iran.

They are good. I have used that several times and usually takes time from 1 to 3 days but the first confirmation took a week.
BUT
They maybe think that they do not need to answer your question or even transfer your money! It is like they ignore you and do not care that it is about a week you are waiting!

These many negative review is not Right at all, i used yek pay for several months and all the money I sent them they transferred to my bank account in iran (from Europe to iran)
they only need to improve their site most of the time their site is down
but they are not scum don't listen to those negative feedback as it maybe from a rival company
