They are crap
They are crap! Every time I transact from my coinbase wallet to yellow card wallet the transaction completes but yellow card team doesn’t credit my account. I always have to write emails to them showing my hash ID and transact details and they take ages to reply. 4 days ago I withdrew UGX from my yellow card account, they deducted the balance and didn’t credit my mobile money account. Now 3 days of writing them emails and trying all their social media accounts they don’t wanna reply…. Am tired of this crap. Just refund my money and I leave ur crap service.

I sent bitcoin to my yellow card account and up to today the bitcoin has not reflected in my yellow card account yes is been two weeks i did the transaction. Withdrawal still pending after 24days....
I am still waiting for my withdrawal to reflect on my bank account. It's still pending on yellow card and all they have to say is be patient they will resolve the issue. This is really ridiculous and yet they post on all social media platforms that they are legit and a good company. Pathetic service.
