Rang the company asking about car hire, promised a quick ring back, still waiting 3 days later. Should have at least said they couldn't help me. Beware, get your request sorted at the first phone call

i called up to book a car from north London to Heathrow T5 for 6 people with large suitcases, and was given a very attractive price.
i got a text message confirming the booking for 5am in the morning.
at 4am!!! i got a call from them saying that their 8 seater is not functioning, but they would send a estate car to see if we all fit in, if not he will be able to dispatch another car immediately, but i will have to pay the extra for the second car!
of course we didn't fit it, so i called them to send another car but then they said they dont have one available till a half hour! but they will book one for me with another company - whcih of course meant that i had to pay the extra fro the second car, plus having to waste precious 15 minutes from when we called till when this car came thus arriving to airport late and stressed!
dont touch this unreliable company!
Liars. Give inaccurate times. If it will be over an hour why not just say instead of 10 minutes!!
