Disingenuous company. Mis sold contract. Was not informed there would be a separate bill for hire of phones in addition to the monthly payment, through a third party company that has nothing to do with them! Lack of transparency on billing information and contract length/type

When things go as they should, it's easy to appear to have good customer service, but the real test of customer service is what happens when things don't go as planned, and this is where Siobhan and Yellowcom really excelled.
After a billing error, Siobhan took care of the issue and was extremely helpful and friendly, and she stayed involved until the problem was resolved.
I am very happy with the service I recieved.

From the initial meeting with Neale who explained all about the company and services that they offer, to Keith arriving on site for the install and training, all customer service was excellent.
