From moving IT Support to Yellow Com…

From moving IT Support to Yellow Com along with New Website Design I have to say that the Belfast Team have been extremely professional and prompt in sorting any daily IT Issues and the New Website process has been working seamlessly due to great communication between all parties.

Super happy with the Customer Service Provided.

Disingenuous company

Disingenuous company. Mis sold contract. Was not informed there would be a separate bill for hire of phones in addition to the monthly payment, through a third party company that has nothing to do with them! Lack of transparency on billing information and contract length/type

Handling Hiccups

When things go as they should, it's easy to appear to have good customer service, but the real test of customer service is what happens when things don't go as planned, and this is where Siobhan and Yellowcom really excelled.
After a billing error, Siobhan took care of the issue and was extremely helpful and friendly, and she stayed involved until the problem was resolved.
I am very happy with the service I recieved.

Michael customer service was fantastic

Michael, helped me reset my router this morning. He was very patient and expalined all the steps clearly. I didnt feel in ant way rushed or silly for asking any questions. It was pretty pain free as tech issue can sometimes be a nightmare! Amazing customer service

Excellent company and service

Excellent company and service. From the initial meeting with Neale who explained all about the company and services that they offer, to Keith arriving on site for the install and training, all customer service was excellent. Correspondence from Angela in the office was clear and understood. Would definetly recommend.
