I AM ASKING THE SMALL BUSINESS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND DAMAGED THEIR BUSINESS BY YELLOW PAGES. LET’S GET TOGETHER FOR THE LAWSUIT: HACKING, LYING AND STEELING MONEY.
Your money or your business?? This is how yellow pages staff are stealing money from small businesses.
They approached me many times to build a backlink for my website for $50, I reject it because they messed up my business 25 years ago that they want a listing money for yellow pages book that I reject it as I have a local computer repair store not international, as they put my fax number as main number and my old address as new address.
They came down to $45, and they asked for credit card, then they didn’t do anything, but they came up with another services I said no, I am cancelling everything and they dig into my account again and again till within 25 days they took about $952.66 from my account, without doing anything for my company.??
I called my bank to change my credit card and bank knew these scams, what kind of people they are, and they got all my money back that I know, you can do it too.
Then they start to hacking my website and google business account and I kept quiet and took many snapshots of their hacking in many different ways for past 10 month and each month they were send me the bill of few thousand dollar or we destroy your business as they put a list on their yellow pages website that my company is closed permanently that I have snapshot of it and will show it to the judge at court.
I am going to two different lawsuits against them as they are trying to destroy my business and they hacked my website too that I have over 70 snapshots and about 6 SEO people with their story and google tech supports and emails about hacking too.
One of my clients who is the lawyer in Toronto city hall, came to fix his daughter laptop, when I told him about the yellow pages, he told me: just to give a copy of their request bills and your business bank statement to the judge that’s enough.

Called them a year ahead to cancel my print contract. Renewal came around and they charged me.
I call to complain and they take two weeks to listen to my original call to verify I cancelled. Almost two months later and they have continued to charge me each month, despite their promises there would be no more charges and credits applied. So far no credits.
A few months back I had several other issues with their billing. Charging advertising to my other business. Despite multiple phone calls and requests to inform management and more than 10 emails, I still had to escalate to senior person, who then claimed she didn't receive any of my emails (Cheryl Dorn)- a flat out LIE, as I copied her in on several emails. They then overcharged me for several months before they finally corrected my bill.
Update Aug 2024 - This month I found out they increased my fees by 25%. Hid it at the bottom of an invoice. Apparently they change their prices every year but don't tell you directly.
Appalling customer service. Once my contract expires I will take both of my businesses out of YP. I will never spend another dime with them. In all my years I have never experienced such shoddy service.

Wanted to sell me advertising I didn't need. I gave them an email address for potential clients to reach me at, but when they didn't make that sale, they just sold my email address to spammers.

Biggest waste of money ever. Horrible customer service. they lock you into contracts and promise the world then do absolutely nothing. then when I complained they conned me into upgrading my account for "better experience" once again soon as you re-sign that's it they just suck money out of you for nothing in return. I don't even know what these guys do. They have never in 2 years on their own reached out to discuss things. disgusting. my YP account is A01471833

Don't do any business with them. They will tell you something totally different verbally and give you something else on the contract. Cancelation can only happen 12 months after you sign your contract nit at anytime you ask them #scam

Don’t not do any business with this company their service is not good and they’re advertising services is not effective in any way. Don’t waste your money #scam. They tell you one thing on the phone “verbally” and give you a contract with something else totally different “written “ #disappointed

I hired this company to create a website for my business. However, the website they provided completely misrepresented my company and its services. They never sought my input on the final product. When I raised this issue, they took down the site, only to republish it months later. They did not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. Now, they are attempting to hold me contractually obligated and are suing me and my company for work they never properly delivered.

someone signed a contract years ago and it auto renews. They had none of our info correct and really dont see much improvement from it. They refuse to cancel but have 0 issue signing you up for another year at a lower rate for the same service.

Have about six calls on my cell from them. I blocked and reported the number 236-484-9332. "Thane" is not getting any info from me.

One of my staff spoke to these jokers a few years back and they got a name. That was enough for them to start charging hundreds of dollars per month to our company phone bill.

If you want grief, answer their call.

I originally got their service -/+10 years ago.
They keep renewing and won’t stop. I thought at several times it would stop by getting a renewal credit card but they have away apparently to push it through!!!!
I don’t want their service, don’t even know what a contract of theirs looks like.
My only option is to get a different plan
They won’t let me stop this horrible service because apparently it’s the only way I can survive!!!
Oh and reason the keep renewing for over 10 years …… they can’t get a hold of me!
I went from a basic listing to almost $200 a month for services I don’t want

they won’t cancel the campaign and charge you for something i didn’t agree on the campaign

This was the worst service and experience we have ever experienced in 20 years of being a business professional. We could not even access our account for almost 2 months when we first tried their digital services and have been completely and utterly disappointed with their service and offerings which is completing misleading and false. It is a total scam whereby I tried for 9 months to cancel my plan with them and my Account Rep simply never responded back to my email. Then after attempting to contact customer service several times they only transfer you to another department where you wait for over 30 minutes to then get disconnected. I finally after 10 minutes managed to speak to a manager who then assured me to be finally transferred to someone who can once and for all cancel this absolutely worst and most frustrating business service I have ever dealt with. They make it impossible to cancel the 1 year term and the very worst part is they do an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL without even advising you. You only do a verbal agreement on the phone and don't even receive a copy of the contract! IT IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

they are the biggest scammers!!!! please dont pay with them theyll make false claim after, once you ask you dont want any part in that anymore theyll start saying you took a 1 year thing and more blahblah lying.

Awful Experience. They got my email address wrong and when I said I wanted to cancel because I was getting 0 Business they said I agreed to one year term over the phone. They have you do verbal agreement and briefly mention it is a 12 month term. They had my wrong email address on file for the whole 12 months. So I got zero invoices, and no business. Their customer service reps are rude and not helpful. They are ruthless and will do anything to get money out of you. I will forever tell my fellow co workers and friends to never use this service.

Waste of money they got me for one year. I didn’t get even one call from them or any customer then just totally you’re wasting your money.

I talked to yellow pages Jharna couple times and chose it 2 month ago. Later on, I found that I cannot login to the account for over two months. Also, when I want to cancel it, they refused and told me that I orbal to agree for whole year, and I have to pay for a whole year even I didnt signed the contract. I called Jharna 3 times and can not reach out to her. Stay away if you dont want to donate money to yellow page

They prey upon small business they offer a service NetSync that is not effective. They go through an extensive process of pushing for a contract to use the service. No support after you sign up. Then harass for payment and threaten collections.

Avoid at all costs. They use predatory tactics to confuse you into a contract that they dont uphold. They are impossible to get ahold of. Very shady.

They ignore all my complaints and questions and did not do anything in terms of a service.

We signed up for a one year contract. We were not satisfied with their services and found much better results elsewhere. Once our contract was finished they proceeded to enrol us in a new 1 year contract without contacting us while increasing the price. We then attempted termination of said contract we did not sign up for and they ghosted us. I mate as they sent us to collections and every time we talked with them we tried to terminate the contract and they give no acknowledgment to our request despite recorded phone calls and emails.
I would not go into business with them.
