Located in a great location in the North Mara Conservancy. Eddie and his staff were so welcoming and accommodating. My guide was Robert and he was excellent. He knew where to locate all of the wildlife and was very knowledgeable. 4 unforgettable days.

Amazing very special place, everyone was so welcoming, service incredible. Game drives just brilliant and learning about all the different lion prides was an added bonus. Food and people lovely. The tents are luxurious and we loved the “talking showers”

Amazing hospitality and attention to detail. The quality of the tent accommodation far exceeded my expectations- it was true luxury! The food prepared lovingly by the resident chef is much better than most high end restaurants anywhere in the world- it was truly delicious. My safari guide was very experienced and enthusiastic, and I learned a lot on my drives. He was super knowledgeable about animals, plants, insects and birds, and was able to answer every single question that I had. Thanks to good luck and expert navigation, I was able to see the Big 5 on my trip. The tents in the camp are such that you will have some friendly giraffes walking right up to the fence peering into your tent, and you will hear the lions roar at night, not too far away. They brought extra hot water bottles for my bed at night when it was really cold, and went above and beyond to listen to my every needs. I would return here in a heartbeat.

This property was wonderful. The internet photos don't do it justice. I was hesitant to go, but the reviews were all extremely favorable. I am so glad we decided to stay at Offbeat Mara. The owner and his family and friends were there during our stay, which added an even more personal touch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the game drives top notch. I would highly recomment this property.

Words cannot do justice just how fantastic this place is. A truly authentic safari experience. A few days here felt like what a safari experience should really be. Brilliant hospitality, wonderful settings and stunning wildlife and nature.
Truly, truly unforgettable. The image of this place will be etched into our memories for the rest of our lives. What an amazing location, camp, staff, and experience.
