This is a beautiful and stunning lodge with eye catching gardens. The staff was so warm and made us feel very welcome, even baking a cake and dancing and signing to celebrate our grandson's 21st birthday. The food was delicious. Our only regret was that because of an airplane delay we were only able to stay one night and day at the Plantation lodge rather than the scheduled two days.

This lodge was by far the best on our long safari itinerary. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly, and the food was basically cooked to order. Loved it!

This place was heaven and I only wish we had another day there to rest. Our trip was quite intense and I so wished we could have had a completely empty day to just be at this gorgeous lodge. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the bath was so welcome as it was our only place we stayed that had a bath tub. The grounds are gorgeous, the restaurant good. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip.

Plantation Lodge is a beautifully maintained lodge. It was the hub of our trips to the Ngorongoro crater and the nearby Lake Manyara. The owner resides on site and personally checked in on several times throughout or stay. Look to taking the village tour while here. We were able to see banana plantations, wood crafting, and eat with some of the local population. It is worthwhile to experience the culture as well as the beauty of the parks.

A top-notch luxury lodge in the Ngororgoro Highlands. We stayed for two nights in a large room that provided privacy and comfort. The grounds were wonderful and the service staff was great.
