Rated 5 out of 5 stars

10/10 would recommend for anyone serious about their training.

I’ve tried a few different creatine gummies, but I switched to Yemo because they actually provide the full 5000mg serving in only 3 gummies. I’ve been taking the Strawberry flavor for about 3 weeks now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my recovery time between sets at the gym and training. They aren't gritty at all and taste like a treat rather than a supplement. It makes staying consistent so much easier than dealing with messy powders and shakers. 10/10 would recommend for anyone serious about their training.

Hi Katie,
Honestly, really appreciate you writing this — it means a lot, especially with that level of detail.

Great to hear you’ve noticed the difference in recovery and that the gummies are actually making it easier to stay consistent - that’s exactly why I started working on this in the first place. And glad you mentioned the taste too, that was a big focus from the start.

Thanks again for the support, genuinely means a lot.
