I had a balance of approximately €3,200…
I had a balance of approximately €3,200 on Yep Casino after depositing over €2,000 of my own money.
When I attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was immediately closed. The casino claimed I violated their terms due to “multi-accounting” or “linked accounts.”
However, I have only ever used one account and have not been provided with any evidence to support these claims. Despite multiple requests, the casino has refused to:
- identify any linked account
- provide any supporting data (IP, device, or payment details)
- clearly explain how I breached their terms
Instead, they repeatedly refer to general terms and state that their decision is final, while withholding my funds.
After further contact, they stated the case would be reviewed within 60 days, which contradicts their earlier position that the decision was final.
At this stage, €3,200 of my funds remain inaccessible.
I would advise others to exercise caution when using this platform, particularly regarding withdrawals.
