Ordered a product from this site. Product arrived well packed, with a couple of days of delay. Product is genuine. Was also well informed on the order fulfilment. Unfortunately, the tracking link in the shipment email was not working: although the correct tracking number was shown.

Experience was almost flawless.

I ordered the CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Wash (10% Benzoyl Peroxide) expecting a white, creamy benzoyl peroxide formula. Instead, I received a completely clear, odorless gel- no scent, texture, or bleaching action that benzoyl peroxide should deliver. It’s highly suspicious that the active ingredient seems entirely absent!

I’ve used BPO products for years; this acts more like glycerin gel than an acne treatment. The return response from customer service claiming “many years of happy customers” and attributing the lack of foam to a formula change in Italy is misleading. CeraVe products and ingredients should be consistent globally, and any reformulation should be clearly communicated!

If you’re looking for a true 10% benzoyl peroxide wash, be cautious, this may not contain what’s advertised. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, issues a proper explanation (not just a return at my cost), and ensures authenticity in the future.

I really like their quality products and super friendly customer service! My order got delivered fast and without any issues

I ordered they said the package was en route. I was home no one rang the buzzer yet DHL said the package was delivered. I informed Yermin and to date they have not responded.

Still no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. They might respond at first but nothing now for 2 weeks.

From start to finish there were issues. Chased after 2 weeks of not receiving item only to be lied to wirh various excuses which were clearly untrue. Poor response times to emails and end result was receiving wrong product after over a month of waiting. Never again!!

Still waiting my cream from 3 days already ordered before 17:00. No customer service at all. They are just scamming. Idk how this website it’s still online. I’ll go for the police.

It’s just a scam website. Proceeding to the web police. This shit must go down. And looking at the reviews I’m not the only one and products are fake. (when they’re coming, never).

fake products, DO NOT buy!!! I ordered hairoil and it arrived very quickly but zhe consistency and scent of the product was not what it should be. The dupe looks very real but its low quailty ingredients the endanger your health! It was impossible to reach the customer service. This whole thing is a scam. I went to the police!

My order arrived really fast, however 1 item was missing. Very appreciated by assistance of Ella from customer service. She sent new item and +1 extra bottle as it took long to get the product. I am satisfied with customer service!

Unfortunately the wrong product was sent at first but after contact with the servicedesk, I got the correct product sent and didn't have to sent back the first one. This was great service!

Delivery was fast but one of the products was wrong. I wrote in chat on website and got the problem solved within 30 minutes which was really great. (Human mistakes can happen). In 2 days I already had my correct product delivered. Good service support!
After checking products here I’ve also checked the batch numbers of the products and they were correct.

Received a fake Kerastase hair oil! They also packed a Cerave Eye Cream as a gift but it smelled terrible and seemed fake as well. Scammers!

I had some problem with my order I think DHL lost my package but after 2 days they have send me another package.sure if I get the first one I ll return it back to them, but I’m happy from thire service! I don’t understand why there is bad reviews and saying it’s fake it’s my 5th time I order from them but I don’t see any product to be fake,the prices are good and fast delivery with good service.

The most disgusting and not honest site to order! Do not order here you get scammed! They are just a fraude! Also if you return to them the items NEVER ordered, they will invent excuses just to spill your money! Like the return package arrived damaged and all the nonsense they can make up just to steal your money! I'm busy with the clients protection office and belastingdienst, cause someone has to stop them by spilling the time and money of the people, DO NOT ORDER HERE !

purchase and the costumerservice helpt me very well. the bottle came damaged during transportantion so i contacted yerminbeauty between 1 hour i got response that they will send me a new one. im very happy
and i will order once i need a new one

Bought K18 (which I didn't open) and a Kerastase oil that is fake, I still have the original product that is nearly finished and the one they sent me is clearly fake, it smells nothing like the original and the texture is completely different, I've been trying to contact because I want to return these products and they are not responding, do not buy from them!!!

Update: Today is 24/03 I returned the products on the 12/02 and I still did not get my refund, when can I expect that to be done?
