Incredibly kind and helpful service from this company. It was my first time doing an international import which was very daunting but they helped me through the whole process making it a very easy experience. Very quick to respond and very communicative. They made the process of importing some goods into Manchester airport very straightforward, in the middle of Brexit and Covid! Can't comment on price as I've not used another firm before but price appeared to be very reasonable compared with courier service. Delivery to home address is an option as well. Will definitely use again!

Yes 2 Ship were helpful, attentive and responsive. There were no hidden or extra charges and everything in their power, went to plan. Recommended!

Much of the service was good, except that I was give incorrect information about the charges that I would pay on my goods. I ended up paying an extra 200 pounds on my income goods, despite clearly asking that I would be refunded a certain amount. When I rang to challenge this, I was met with little understanding and repeated statements without any discussion or listening. I got no compensation for their miscommunication.

Excessive hidden charges get thrown at you on multiple occasions from the start the end of the process. The information they give is iffy at best. They take payments on behalf of HMRC instead of letting you pay them directly and then when you say you want out and to go elsewhere they say all their charges still apply and you have to pay them if you leave at any stage. The driver who delivered my shipment had no name, no contact info for me, he just accepted that i said the shipment must be for me and then let me unload. Could have been anyone. Just an awful company that start off so helpful and display themselves as very affordable and then as soon as you are stuck with them they pounce and take you for an absolute ride. Beware.

Certainly you can find Asia Trading Expert Ltd in your records, my colleagues were in touch with Sarah for the last 2 months.

BEFORE I start, I am not naive to complain about Governmental fees in my feedback.

I have not mentioned Environmental Fees!! I did mean any delays of the container due to even an environmental problem is in favour of Yes2Ship. The reason is the unfair agency fee. Let me explain it more if you can't get it! The agency fee, that goes to Yes2Ship, is applied on any payments that are paid to the government by the receiver of the cargo through Yes2Ship.

To make it clearer to the readers; if you are unlucky, as in our case, there is a strong wind on the day that the container is supposed to be released from the port, then the delivery is rescheduled to another day and the receiver should pay for example ~ £200 storage fee (maybe for 4 day, however we still do not know that, because Sarah never told us how much is storage fee per day). In addition to that, Yes2Ship adds AT LEAST £30 (Total becomes £230) just to pay the storage fee on the receiver's behalf. Even though, my colleagues asked Sarah to share a reference with them to pay this fee directly to avoid such extra fee but she rejected instead she gave a discount! (Very kind of Her!).

In addition to above, the agency fee for the VAT and Duty was > £2800!!!!! The other review mentioned that even the receiver can pay VAT and Duty through their own account directly, BUT Sarah did not say that!!!! instead she tangled it in a way that almost there is not any other ways to pay the VAT and Duty to HMRC by ourselves instead of paying it through Yes2Ship (with an extra ~ £2800 to Yes2Ship as agency fee), and BTW that extra was NEVER written as AGENCY FEE in the bills. Instead it was embedded to the HMRC duty payment.

Lastly, I had not complained about X-ray payment, it was our first time to import goods. It was just another transaction that followed by a MANDATORY agency fee of 15% to Yes2Ship.

Pity they could not get vehicle delivered to me, this turned out to be quite a hassle.

I used Yes2ship to handle the customs end of my car importation and found them to be efficient and with good communication. I was new to this and Sarah was very helpful – they were up-front about costs and they did what they said they were going to do, so the car went through customs seamlessly. Sarah's tips and info made it easy for a first-timer. I'd use them again.

Be aware!!! Very disappointed ' very dishonest company. They sent invoice of custom and VAT charges (scam and excessive) . (Be aware Before paying any custom and tax check on government website) When I contacted with Sarah she said I have submitted your file for custom clearance so if you want to cancel your custom clearance but you still have to pay our charges which is I paid as requested to yes2ship then
I again submitted my file from other agent' uniexpress they are very honest ' they charged me just £35 for custom clearance and £105 for delivery also they gave me reference number for custom and vat so I paid by BACS my self as I wanted.

If only everyone was efficient as Sarah at yes 2 ship. She has gone above and beyond to provide a fast and efficient service whilst sympathetically dealing with my obvious in-experience in importing cars. An absolutely first class service. Thankyou

I imported something from Australia and had Yes2ship act as my agent. The service was first class. Sarah whom I dealt with was friendly, extremly helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was really pleased and would recommend them and definitely use them again if needed.

Highly satisfied with Yes2Ship services. Communication through emails with Mel has never been faster for me, really feels like using Live Chat. I had my customs clearance + shipment tracking in just few hours at a very good price.

Used them when shipping possessions back from Australia and I couldn't recommend them enough. As soon as I asked them a question I had the response later that day.
