So happy with our new aluminum anthracite windows and front door. The Yes Windows, fitters were fantastic, very very happy and I enjoyed their singing 😂. Very clean and tidy workmanship, and ‘making good’ afterwards is first class, it is the detail, which shows quality fitting imo. I had a few snagging issues, this was sorted the very next day, this always a sign of good customer care. Highly recommended

Good price and service

I bought 5 casement windoes from Yes glazing just over 9 years ago and they have worked perfectly .

Then two weeks ago one was not opening , as they had a 10 year guarantee I asked for the problem to be fixed and it was today , no quibble , no questions just the window working perfectly again. During this period I have had to repaint the windows at the fron of my house which are sash and woooden once and it looks like I will need to again soon. The windoes I got form YES have been trouble free and with no maintence for 9 years and though the birckwork arounf them will need paining these have been troube free and no maintenace very pleased

We ordered a Solidor Composite front door and frame and had it installed by YES Glazing Solutions of Biggin Hill. May I just say that their communication was excellent from start to finish and the installation was first class. We are delighted with the new door and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The YES installation team turned up promptly, at the agreed hour. Their team was expertly led by James and ably supported by Stelios. The team were occasionally augmented by other skilled members when time became an issue. All YES employees were smart, considerate and responded promptly positively and constructively to the customers comments. They left the site clean and tidy and their work on site was exemplary. The whole job was a pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them again. The product is first class and has improved the look of the house, both internally and externally. An excellent product.

YES Glazing installed 2 sets of sliding doors and a number of large panes of fixed glazing for our extension. It all looks amazing and we were really pleased with the service YES provided. They were very helpful when we were choosing our supplier and looking at different options and it was clear they have a much better product and technical knowledge than many other suppliers. There were a number of challenges to deal with during the installation which the team took in their stride and dealt with in a very positive and helpful manner. Nothing has been too much trouble with great customer support following the installation. I would definitely recommend YES Glazing to others.

We recently used YES Glazing to supply and install a house full of 9 slimline Aluminium patios and a load of aluminium windows in Windermere. They were really good quality and we were pleased with the outcome. There was an issue with one very complex, very large roof light, but they sorted it and that’s a true test of a company. We are very happy with the look and the result. Would recommend.

I called to make an initial enquiry and discuss some possible options over the phone - very disappointed particularly in light of the good reviews I have as the sales rep I spoke with did not want to discuss anything with me over the phone and asked that I send an email. To be honest I found this cold in terms of rapport building and was a real switch off for me. I won't be using them for my home renovation and window replacement project.

This is the second time we have used Yes Glazing Solutions for replacement windows but this last job was by far the biggest and most difficult. It was to replace a big bay window in our bedroom in a Victorian house. From the advice we were given at the beginning to the surveyor coming and then the installation itself we were fully informed every step of the way.
The actual installation, led by Dan (for whom we asked specifically) and two trainees occurred last Friday and was finished off on Monday; two bitterly cold days. We are delighted with our new window and how hard they worked and how kind and polite they were. Dan took a really long time finishing and obviously takes a lot of pride in doing a good job to the customer’s
satisfaction; in addition they were very clean and tidy and we would gladly recommend this company.

Efficient, careful process for ordering, design, delivery and installation of a quality product, by helpful, skilled experts. I was reassured and impressed by the whole experience - even managing to stick to the timelines during covid and brexit.

Would highly recommend Yes Glazing. Really good communication and prompt feedback and from start to finish they covered all the bases in regard to the many questions and requirements I had. I was able to get exactly the installation I had wanted (Crittall French doors in my case).The Installation team were very professional and fast. They removed the old french doors and cleaned the site after completion. Excellent.

This was not a straightforward job for Yes Glazing as the weather was very wet and the removal of the old windows was tricky. They however managed to overcome the problems, the weather necessitating an extension of time with an added day and careful removeal of old windows needing very careful attention too limit damage to interior decoration. They did quite well, only slightly damaging windowcill tiles.
We would recommend this contractor for the second time.

Great service from quotation to installation. We were initially worried about the installation as our house is very old and half tile hung- the tiles are extremely brittle and easily broken. We needn’t have worried, The fitters (Dan,Scott and Iliea ) took great care and attention and removed/replaced any damaged tiles during and after installation. They were extremely respectful and courteous and very easy to have around.
Appropriate coverings were put down internally and everything was left clean and tidy.
The windows and Facias recommended by Yes, are perfect and sympathetic to the age of this house.
We would highly recommend this company.
