What made my experiences with Yes Hearing great are Leyla, Tara, and Lathan. I'm sure there are others, but these three gave above and beyond service in their respective areas. The aids are terrific! I just didn't realize what I was missing. God bless you all.

My Experience with Yes Hearing was stellar. Leyla in particular made everything from scheduling, testing, fitting and tuning a breeze. She has even checked in several times after everything was complete to make sure all was well. I highly recommend YesHearing to any and all looking to hear the world in its entirety once again. 5 stars!!!

I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone. All went well with making contact with a service provider for my new hearing aids at our winter address in Florida. Leyla Mohamed from your office made it all happen seamlessly.

I was looking for a good hearing aid for my father visiting from India when I found out about Yes Hearing. They had good recommendations for what product to pick (especially from a support point of view), given that my father usually resides in India. Their home based hearing assessment & fitting appointments with the audiologist (Wes) were so convenient. We were able to secure multiple follow ups and adjust the hearing aid levels, all within the span of the few weeks that my father was visiting. The icing on the cake was that they were able to offer deep discounts on the hearing aid we picked & were much more affordable compared to other retailers offering the same product. My father is back in India and loves his newfound hearing abilities.

I received my new hearing aids then went through the two sessions to install the app on my phone then do the hearing test and when it was over there was no noticeable audio from the hearing aids. They said they would look into why they did not work and get back to me. That was Friday and it is now Tuesday night and nothing. I'm not impressed with support and will request a refund if nothing happens soon.

My experience with yes hearing was extremely positive. I had given up hope at getting hearing aids that actually helped me. My representative gave me accurate price quotes and detailed descriptions. She is a pleasure to work with and has made every effort to see to my needs.

From first inquiry to delivery and follow-up the folks a YES Hearing were professional and responsive. The hearing aids are superior to those I’ve used over the last 20 years and I recommend them highly.

Excellent response and continued follow-up but without any pressure or hype from first contact through fittings in-home to a reminder that my trial period was about to expire. Very good product and my hearing and ability ti better understand what’s being said is much improved.

I bought Yes Hearing Oticon hearing aids directly from Yes. I did not have a local audiologist. Yes arranged for me to have a phone interview with their inhouse audiologist, Dr. Victoria. They sent me blue tooth wifi enabled hearing aids in advance. Using those, Dr. Victoria was able create a complete profile of my hearing loss and then adjust the hearing aids remotely. The result is outstanding. I had previously spent $7,000 on hearing aids using a local audiologist and an ENT doctor. The result with Dr. Victoria and Yes Hearing was vastly superior. Oh and Yes Hearing aids were very significanly less expensive. All I paid for was the hearing aids; no doctor and no cost for the audiologist.

Service was good but unfortunately, hearing aids didn’t work to my satisfaction.

I might be the most difficult patient these folks have encountered! I had preconceived notions that were wrong and this created issues for me as I worked it out. YES was there and patient every step of the way! See it seems they knew all along what I needed but deferred to me until I figured it out! No pressure to do anything but get it right! And follow up care is fantastic! There are too many positive things to say and not enough room so suffice to say that YES Hearing is the only way to go for your hearing device needs. Losing my hearing is trauma enough; YES provided care, compassion and a solution. From my Care Coordinator Leyla to my in home audiologist Ed, things were smooooooth! And the best part? I can hear like I have not been able to in many years!

Thanks to Leyla I can hear clearly now. She is responsive and thorough. She, along with Kayla the audiologist, made the process of getting hearing aids easy and understandable. I will be quick to recommend Yes Hearing to others

The experience I had was not so great, if it was not for Leyla Mohamed, it would have been terrible.
I purchased hearing aids and paid for them up front, no financing. A month later no hearing aids still, 2 times the audiologist canceled the scheduled appointment.
I called to get my money back and was lucky enough Leyla answered, she was professional and took control of the situation.
I did get the hearing aids and went to my audiologist for him to set them up.(had to go to my Audiologist Really). I have had them now for over 2 months and they are great.
Thank you Leyla for helping me and I do appreciate all of her help. I understand since COVID nothing is the same....The next generation of workers GOOD LUCK! Find more staff like Leyla and take good care of them, so you don't lose them.
