This clinic was so unorganised. The waiting time between appointments in the clinic was close to 6 hours daily. They have only 3 people who speak English and not very well. The quality of work was unacceptable. When I challenged the results I was not greeted with a unprofessional response. I was charged €3000 for Zirconia crown which was not what they used. Horrendous experience. Do not attend this clinic. I attended in April 2nd 2026 and am on my way back to a new clinic for a remake .

Dear Sir/Madam,
We applied to İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental Clinic for a full mouth crown treatment for my wife, Yurdagül Ekiz. We were informed that all teeth would be made of zirconium, and based on this information, we paid €2,800. However, we later discovered that only the front teeth were zirconium, while the back teeth were made of a different material.
Additionally, we were told that her old crowns on the back teeth would be examined and therefore removed. However, the removed crowns were not returned to us.
The treatment process was completed on 31.10.2025. During the crown preparation, the teeth were not sufficiently and properly reduced. After the crowns were cemented, they had to be removed again, and during this process one of my wife’s back teeth was broken. Despite this, the clinic stated that this was not their fault and that it was normal, refusing to accept responsibility.
After the treatment was completed, my wife suffered from severe pain for approximately two months. When we returned to the Netherlands, we consulted another dentist who informed us that the crowns had not been properly done and that there were issues with the treatment.
When we contacted İzmir Yeşilyurt Dental again, they stated that they would not cover our flight tickets, only the hotel and transfer costs. However, when we traveled to İzmir, we realized that many of the promises and statements they had made were not accurate. Furthermore, the behavior and attitude of the staff were quite rude.
As a result of all these events, we have suffered both financially and emotionally. We are extremely disappointed due to the misinformation, the broken tooth during treatment, the prolonged pain, and the cracked zirconium crown.
Our treatment record number is ABS202000001126. We request that the responsibility for the faulty treatment be acknowledged, that the necessary corrections be carried out carefully and professionally, and that our financial loss be compensated.

Service was great from start to finish had implants done was very nervous about coming but really happy with everything no extras when I got there fixed price batu was excellent all the way through as my translater and coordinator recommend 100 percent make sure batu looks after everything can't recommend enough

I came to this company as I had work done at another dentist they had made a mess. They were good enough to take me on and rectify the work and get m ready for the next stage. I can't wait to be back in January for the finals.

Abu was absolutely wonderful, he helped and guided me through the process.
This is the first time in my life that I have had no pain nor side effects from dentistry. The dentists are efficient and quick and a fraction of the cost too

They helped me f, understand the procedure and everything was explained to me in great detail. I was fortunate to meet the boss and now I’ve had photos taken with him in Turkey six months later it’s been a journey at sometimes painful but I can eat again. I so look forward to the rest of my life with beautiful teeth. First of all, I would like to thank all the staff who took care of me 🙏 Dental treatment scared me very much. When I came across your clinic, the idea of ​​going to another country made me nervous. But my assistant CEMRE explained the whole process to me in detail. Then I sent the photos of my teeth and my dental x-ray. I liked the treatment planning and price information given to me. I approved the offer and sent the photo of my flight ticket. When I went to the clinic, the first thing that caught my attention was hygiene. Hotel and transfer were included in my package. my son and I have just been for dental treatment this month.we still have to check in again in September. We are glad we found the mentioned clinic as the staff is nice ,dentists professional and most importantly the clinic is very clean and procedures are sterile.must mention fatma and ugarcan who are God sent to us non turkish speaking customers.will send review again in september when I get my teeth fixed to the implants.i highly recommend
