Such a waste of money, they charge extra for disposable but the service provider did not even dispose of the waste, the wax was stuck in my hair which I had to cut, the facial was left incomplete she skipped many steps, even my eyebrows were uneven, the customer service won't even provide any help, they are charging so high but the service provided is not worth it don't go yes madam
I booked SPA Experience AT HOME, When the rep arrived my 1st Question WHERE is your bed. It was told bed is provided only in GOLD plan .. while booking nothing is mentioned, no clarity. There is no immediate help to resolve issues. Finally I cancelled the booking. Very DISAPPOINTING services First and Last Experience ..
