I recently purchased this bike for my dad to help him improve his mobility and get some low-impact cardio into his routine. The customer service was fantastic, they were incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. This bike is exactly what we were looking for to provide s gentle but effective workout for my dad, but also allow the rest of the family to get use out of it as well. We're looking forward to seeing him get use out of it!

I bought the Yesoul G1M Max spin bike because I wanted to start spinning at home. I have a toddler and work full time, so the only time I can realistically work out is early in the morning before he wakes up.

I ordered the bike online during a promotion. Shipping took a couple of weeks due to the time of year, but when I reached out to customer support they were incredibly helpful and responsive, and even extended a promotion for their app for me.

I used the bike for the first time this morning and love it. My favorite feature is that you can screencast to the screen, so you can follow any spin workout you want or just ride while watching Netflix.

Overall, a great experience and exactly what I was hoping for. 10/10 recommend. 🚴‍♀️

The bike Thursday night and it arrived on Monday !
My husband easily set it up within an hour and my phone mirrored straight away !
The resistance is awesome and bike sturdy and steady when standing up the seat is extra padded and comfortable.
The bike is whisper quiet and I can confidently say better then the spin bikes at the gym . I’m so happy with my purchase and I encourage anyone who’s sitting on the fence to buy this bike !

It’s very convenient for home training and a real time-saving solution — I can start riding anytime, finish my workout, and go straight to the shower without needing to drive to a gym. The support team also answered my questions in a professional and helpful way. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

The quality of the bike and the price is unbelievable. The ability to mirror your phone and not being required to enroll in a monthly membership makes it way better than comparable bikes on the market.

I go the Yesoul G1Max Bike and in the end I'm very happy. I would say the presentation of free shipping in Australia on the website was a little misleading, however, after working with the support they have been fantastic. Very responsive and willing to work with me to figure something out. And then after getting the bike it's very well made. The bike is sturdy, fits my 6ft 5 frame very well, the monitor is nice and audio is clear. I managed to figure out how to mirror my phone and that was awesome! Was able to watch youtube, or play mobile games or anything my phone can do!!! Perfectly suited for me, very happy and would recommend!

Ordered a package deal and although the bike is functional, the rowing machine didn’t turn up and the treadmill won’t work! Customer services is appalling, totally ignored me on one response and yet sales emails keep coming!!!! I have a heavy piece of kit sitting in my room doing nothing, and I’d rather they take it back but they ignore my mails. I shouldn’t be treated like this and nor should anyone, absolute joke!

Really happy with the bike, solid and easy to put together

The booking and shipping communications were excellent. The bike arrived on time and it was easy to set up. I am now using the bike each day.

I bought the Yesoul Treadmill and the Yesoul Bike. The treadmill arrived quickly. I a still waiting on the Yesoul bike but the customer service via email has been very good. The packaging of the treadmill is great. I was worried because of the weight, but Yesoul packaged the equipment well.

G1M Plus Bike: I've had this great piece of Training kit for a week now. It arrived very well boxed and with all the assembly tools included.
30 minutes from box to fully built. Sturdy and Robust; does everything the dearer Bikes do just as well, if not better.
The large screen is superb and the sound quality is awesome.
Yesoul Training Programs are very easy to follow and instruction is First Class too.
Overall, a Fantastic product which is easy to assemble, use and enjoy. A++++

Ok. Received my bike. 3 days from china. Wow👍. So with a few parts not assembled to put together, and 40 mins later with easiesh instructions my bike was built.
Have to say this Is gym quality. Love it. The screen is great and the sound is dam good. The connection to my phone is faultless. Up to now I’m really happy. If it changes I’ll let you know.x

This is a VERY good quality bike as is in no way ever would I say a more expensive bike could ever be justified. You do have to put the bike together but it’s super easy and took 2 of us about 45min to do so. The screen and speakers are great quality. I have chatted back and forth with customer service a few times and it’s take a couple of days for them to respond but they always do. From purchase to shipping it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I highly recommend Yesoul.

I purchased the Yesoul G1M Max Bike in Feb 2026, and despite the slight delay in delivery after contacting customer services they updated and resolved the issue. Setting up the bike was easy and straightforward thanks to the clear instructions and QR video setup. Using the app, and "competing" with online customers in daily exercise routine has been great! The bike itself is solid/sturdy, and love the adjustable screen, speakers - plus it came complete with cables for casting from iPhone and iPad.

Customer service was to be the worst. I have emailed Yesoul 6 times and got no response. It makes sense why they don't have a phone number, because once they get your money they don't care about your problems with the bike.
