Unfair understanding of business
A company that is not professional or reliable. They provide misleading information to their customers. While they emphasize free shipping everywhere, they do not clearly state that the return fee is on the customer's own. They do not provide any information about the assembly of the product. They should have provided information about the assembly in the product description, but they stated that they would send it after the order. No information was received even after the order. This information should be provided before the order and it should be stated in a transparent manner that the return fee is on the customer's own. They do not have a fair understanding of business.
